Original Greenwich Village Food and Culture Tour

Loved our guide. He made it so much fun. Gave us lots of information about the restaurants and food. Most enjoyed the history of Greenwich Village portion of the tour. Wish there had been more time for that, but very, very satisfied with the tour. Our guide was open to questions that we had, which made us feel very comfortable. I will be recommending this tour to friends, as it was to me.

We were taken to many different shops and restaurants. Not too much walking but our guide was great. She was very up-beat and had a great sense of humor. We were able to see a great part of Manhattan that you would not normally see. We also received a booklet about the different restaurants in NYC for future trips. Loads of fun! Thanks.

The Greenwich Village food tour was a great way of seeing and doing something different whilst being in New York. The group of people we were with made the tour enjoyable and fun and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and were polite to each other. We really enjoyed the tourand have recommended it too family and freinds to do.

My daughter and I recently went to NYC (a Christmas gift from my husband). We booked the Greenwich Village Tour on the recommendation of a friend and absolutely loved it. Our group of 15 was made up of people from all over the world which made the tour even more interesting. Cindy, our tour guide was amazing. She was full of all kinds of information and seemed to know everyone in the neighborhood. We all loved her. The food was outstanding. We have been to NYC at least 6 times but have never done anything like this. On our next trip we will definitely be trying out another of the Food Tasting & Cultural Tours.

Tour guide made it very interesting. Her knowledge was excellent. The eating places were friendly. Food was delectable. Returned to several stores for purchases. pace of tour was just right. In the cold, going in and out of establishments was perfect!

I think the most concern is I was freezing standing outside for 3 hours! And of the 9 places the tourist guide promised, only 7 was visited, and the last one was extremely tiny dessert outside the restaurant. The tourist guide was very proud to introduce how much money for the buildings, however we don't care, we'll not buy it anyway. What we care is the food we tasted,but obviously not enough.

Tour guide was great, food was fantastic, very fun and informative. Don't make plans for a meal after the tour. Lots to eat.
