Our guide, Sephrah, was excellent! She has a great personality, dry humor, and made the tour very enjoyable. The food was great but her personality was probably the highlight of the tour. She enthusiastically described historical facts about the West Village as we ventured around. I would highly recommend this tour. |

Our guide, Bert, took us on a thoroughly enjoyable tour through Greenwich Village, stopping at different eateries along the way. We've lived in the area all our lives and never knew these restaurants/stores existed! We will definitely return on our own. Thank you NY Food Tours! |

I was recommended to do this tour and it was one of the highlights of our week in New York for sure. Marie our tour guide was excellent and very informative. The food was outstanding at all our stops! Murray's Cheese shop and the Olive Oil company was amazing and I wish we had one back in Canada! The tour was nicely paced and very educational. It was a chance to see the quieter side of New York which we loved. The only negative part was when it ended! We will be back for sure and definitely use the service of Zerve again for tickets. Ciao from Bev McNamara Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. September 2012 |

A friend recommended the Foods of New York tours - so we booked before we travelled. Sephra was a great guide, and made the food tour interesting and great fun. The one thing that I'd say is that the food tasting (and there is an awful lot) could have been spread out as it all came early on. Most people got to the end and couldn't cram any more food in! Having said that - we'll definately do another tour next time we visit. |

Had a great tour, Heather our tour guide was fabulous, her sweet personality and her knowledge of the area kept us well enertained for the three hours. The food ranged from pizza to sweets to cheese, all very delicious and in the end I was stuffed, so make sure you don't eat before you go. |

Heather was our tour guide and she was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and all the things I heard New York would not be. She made the tour fun and exciting. She was professional and taught us so much about GV! I have already recommended this to others, great value and great food, no amazing food. It was a fun and relaxing way to try foods I would not have ordinarily tried and walking the streets was wonderful. I cant say enough about Heather, she answered all of our questions and we had a lot! She was delightful every step of the way! |

My parents an i have done several other food tours with this group, and this one is by far the best, with better food samplings and spots. But, in all of them, we still enjoy the great tour guides that you employ. curt was fun and funny and had great knowledge of the area and added personal touches. Thanks for another good family outing! |

Upon our arrival, we were enthusiastically greeted by Curt, our tour guide. In he few minutes, he knew our names & where we were from. Throughout the entire tour he addressed our group of 14 by name. Amazing! His knowledge of Greenwich Village and NYC was incredible. The way he told the story & intertwined everything was amazing. A great sense of humor, so enthusiastic and entertaining. We certainly got our monies worth...and then some. We did this tour on a Sunday and there were plenty of shops & restaurants to visit. We never stopped eating. It began with pizza & ended with a cannoli. Delicious! Curt served us our food with style and never stopped talking...always engaging. Thank you Curt! A MUST DO tour when visiting NYC. |

The guide was incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable about this area and food, as well as being able to make comparisons to other parts of the country and world. This was the best history/food/walking tour I have taken and would highly recommend it. |
