| My daughter and i really enjoyed the tour. The guide was very knowledgeable about the area and the foods. We ate at two recommended resturants, one with very good results, the other we could have skipped. The walk wasnt too fatiguing and the foods we tried were a great variety of the foods in that part of the city. We wanted to do another tour but ran out of time. I suggest people do the tour first and then see the city as there are many interesting things we could have planned on our stay in New York that were mentioned on the tour. |

| What a great tour. We saw out of the way places and learned a lot about the history of the area. My daughter (17 yrs) said Joe's had the best pizza she ever tasted. Cindy, our guide, was fabulous. Would highly recommend this tour. |

| Great tour. Found an excellent French restaurant, Le Gigot, and oyster bar, Fish, and learned more about the village than any book or general tour. |

I would definitely recommend this tour

| We thoroughly enjoyed the food tour and cultural tour of Greenwich Village. Our tour guide was very knowledgable of the area. The people we met were very great and clearly enjoyed talking to us. The food was great. |

| We brought a niece and nephew, each 15, and we are young grandparents. We all enjoyed our guide, Michael, and the tour and food. Not much walking, but lots of good information, history and taste treats. We do recommend it. |

| This was a wonderful experience! Living in Brooklyn, New York it was great to see first hand the history of Manhattan and The Village. The food was excellent and I feel more equipped to come back to this neighborhood to shop and eat. |

Easy enough for seniors, tasty enough for teens. Wonderful guide. A great introduction to Greenwich Village.

| This tour looked promising when I came across it on the Internet and it delivered even more than I had hoped for. It was a wonderful mixture of local architectural and cultural history woven into tours and tastings at delightful local restaurants and shops. My 16 year old daughter and I both enjoyed it tremendously.
We visited kitchens, dining rooms, and other areas that would not be available to the casual visitor. The food was delicious--diverse in both taste and type. A wonderful handout was provided that listed even more restraurants than the ones we visited as well as theatres, comedy clubs and other venues of interest. We came back that evening to eat at a restaurant we passed by and had a wonderful meal.
Our guide was knowledgeable, entertaining, and personable. He assured our comfort by providing a bottle of water, stopping at several points for restroom breaks, and finding shady spots along the way to impart information. This was the highlight of our trip and I would recommend it to anyone. I wish there was a tour such as this for every neighborhood in Manhattan. |
