| We greatly enjoyed the food and history as Cindy led us through Greenwich Village. We would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to sample great food and restaurants and learn more about the Village. We had to return to some of the recommendations for gifts and more samplings of food immediately after the tour! |

| Do this on your first day in hopes that you may return to enjoy some of the wonderful restaraunts. If you must eat before do it early, don't eat right before the tour as I did or you will be way too full. Great places, wonderful knowledgeable guide. I would love to see this tour in other areas of the city like China town or Little Italy. |

| This was my first trip to New York. The food tour was recommended by a client. I was so pleased with the tour guide. I expected a walking tour of a few restaurants. What I got was so much more. Our guide had a sense of humor, was very knowledgable about the history of New York and Greenwich. The establishments we visited (and ate at..yum) were rooted in the history of the town. The food we tasted was so delicious, fresh, and was a wonderful blend of culture that reflected my image of New York. I will definitely be back to New York and especially to take my husband on the tour. |

| We had a group of eight girls from 3 different states that take a nice trip once a year. This year was New York. We thought Broadway and shopping would be our favorite, but we all agreed the Greenwich Village Food Tasting and Cultural Tour was the best! Berry our tour guide was awesome! She was very informative, humorous and most knowledgeable when bombarded with questions. The food was wonderful (and much more than the "bite size" portions we were expecting) and the local cultural tidbits were very interesting and amazing. It was great and we'll all definitely suggest this tour to all our friends. Thanks!! |

| This was an excellent tour. The tour guide, Michael Karp, was knowledgeable and helpful. Learned so much about the area and now have a handle on where to go and what to do in future visits. The food sampling was very good and the handouts of information about the area, including a map, a very, very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this tour for future visitors. |

| Great way to learn about places to go in the area, and you learn a little history too. The food was fun and the guide was very knowledgable and friendly. As with all tours, a couple of enthusiastic but boring people in the group wanted to be "on show" and couldnt hush and let the guide do her job..but thats to be expected in situations like this from time to time. I will try the Chelsea Market tour next time because I enjoyed this one.
PS. Dress appropriately if it's fall or winter...you spend a lot of time on cold sidewalks outside the featured businesses. |

| It was great being able to feel comfortable enough to ask questions and the guide was very well informed. The food was delish and good portions for the price. Definite bargain and must do! I plan on doing the Chelsea Food Market tour after this one when visitors come to town again! |

| A great experience to get the real flavor of Greenwich Village, not just it's food, but it's history, the people, the buildings and structures. The food was fantastic and the tour informative. So much so, we spent the rest of the day in the village, ate dinner there and enjoyed the night life well into the early morning. Our last night in the city, the family had only one request, a late night venture back to the village for desert at Rocco's. Great tour and will recommend it to everyone. |

| My whole family enjoyed the tour tremendously. In all of the years that we have traveled to New York and hit the usual tourist attractions this the first time that we have actually taken a tour per se. We enjoyed the walk, the food and the tour guide was very entertaining as well as informative. Next time that we are in New York we plan to take another one of these walking tours.
I highly recommend this. |
