| Our tour was wonderful - very interesting and a lot of fun. Our guide, Cindy, did a great job. We felt that we learned a lot, had a great time, and some really good food. |

| Michael, our guide, seemed to know most of the people in Greenwich Village. As we enjoyed our delicious and informative tour, people would wave and smile to him so we knew that he was a recognized and loved member of the neighborhood. I think this added to intimacy of the tour. It was as if we were visiting a friend's house and stopping in the kitchen(s) for tasty little morsels of food. I'm looking forward to visiting many of the restaurants, shops and bakeries that we visited. Thanks for a great tour! |

| Had a great time on this tour. Michael, our guide was very friendly and informative and took us round some fascinating places we would never have found by ourselves. He seems to be a real local character with a personal perspective on the area and its history.
A bit of advise though - don't follow this up with a visit to the Empire State Building like we did. After being on my feet for 3 hours the last thing I wanted was to stand in a long queue (that's a long line if you are from the US). On the other hand, after all that exercise I didn't feel too guilty about the gorgeous cakes!

| More walking and more hard historical information would have made the tour better. Michael, the tour guide was friendly and enthusiastic. |

| The tour was fascinating and we saw many interesting things that we would have missed if we were on our own. The food stops were spaced well and we certainly didn't need to buy lunch...we were full. Later, we had dinner in one of the places pointed out to us and it was excellent. The tour was a highllight of our trip. |

| I enjoyed it but the traffic made hearing difficult. May-be talking should be done inside more due to this. Our guide did a good job. A drinking stop would have been nice too! |

| I really enjoyed this tour, and am so glad I tried it. Our guide Kurt was knowledgeable, interesting and funny. Since he has worked in the restaurants in the area, he had many great stories to tell of his personal experiences. I now have several restaurants I would like to try, and I never would have found them on my own. I made the mistake of eating breakfast beforehand--- DEFINITELY make sure you show up hungry; you won't be disappointed. The most amazing cannoli I have ever tasted! |

| Enthusiastic, approachable and knowledgeable guide, tasty selection of goodies and useful information to take away all helped make this a thoroughly enjoyable experience - we headed back again next day and plan to stay locally next trip. |

| We enjoyed the food tour of Greenwich Village greatly, although its not just about food. This was our first trip to New York and we had an enjoyable and informative time which would not have been possible without our guide's insider knowledge.
Our guide, Jenny was entertaining and knowledgable and her enthusiasm for the area was infectious. As a result of tips from the tour we were able to get much more out of the rest of our day in the area and had a great meal at Surya followed by jazz music at the Cornelia Street Cafe.
Very much recommended. |
