Original Greenwich Village Food and Culture Tour

Met with Cindy for the Greenwich tour on the 21st of August. It was awesome as usual and so was she. This is the third tour with Cindy and she gets better each time. This trip I took my 17 year old grandson and he enjoyed it as much as I did. The tour is full of great food and great history of New York. Each time I do the tour it is different and always with new retailers and restaurants. I will be back and I am going to do the Chinatown tour next. Thank you for the pleasure.

At a pleasant pace, covered a range of foodie outlets in the heart of Greenwich Village. The 'taster' samples were delicious. We went back the next day to try recommendations made by the guide but which were not included in the tour. A great value tour!

This was one of the most enjoyable things we did in NYC. My teenage daughter and I loved the tour. The food samples were delicious and bigger than we thought they would be, the shops and restaurants we visited were very interesting, and the historical facts given along the tour were the perfect balance of informative and entertaining. The tour guide, Kerri Anne, was knowledgeable and friendly. We were given a great little booklet listing the shops we visited and others, what their best items are, and some coupons; the booklet will definitely come in handy on future visits as it gives information you won't find in the typical tourist guide book. The tour was limited to 16 people which was nice as we could hear and see everything without crowding. We did the Greenwich Village tour and next time we come to New York we will try one of another neighborhood.

Great fun for us and our three children, ages 12-20. Highly recommend! Guide had a great sense of humor and full of interesting information. Still waiting for the mac and cheese recipe...it was to die for!!! Please forward to our email address. Thanks for a great tour!

Tour guide has a great personality

We went on this tour after having it recommended by an aquaintance. Well worth whole. Our 'guide' was excellent , informative, interesting, funny and friendly. Food was lovely and plentiful. Highly recommend this tour

The tour opened my eyes to a different side of NYC. Found Greenwich Village to be charming. On my own, I would probably never step into a restaurant like Home but will definitely revisit it the next time i am in NY. The visit to O&Co. was most educational, interesting snippets on olive oil. Overall 4.5 out of 5, with friendly tour guide, good pace, good food (wine not included). Would do it again with my family.
