| Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The tour guide, Marie, made it feel comfortable and very enjoyable. We enjoyed learning about the neighborhood and it's past. The new tasting was especially a nice surprise. We have mentioned the tour to many folks -- so you are getting some great press.
When we visit New York again, we plan on taking another of your superb tours.
Many thanks. |

The guide was wonderful and we really got to see an area of New York that we had never seen before. We even came back one evening during our stay to experience dinner in one of the restarants that the guide recommended. We are 50 year olds traveling with our son in his twentys and we all enjoyed it.

Cindy was an excellent tour guide. We arrived late and had to join the tour at its first stop. She couldn't have been nicer to us. She was informative and funny. She did an excellent job of pacing the tour such that even a three plus hour walking tour was not exhausting for anyone in the group nor did not it drag. In addition, all the snacks were terrific. Of all the tours we took while in New York this was our favorite.

The tour was excellent. Mary, our guide, was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I have lived in NYC or visited regularly since 1970 and I saw some places for the first time. We will definately be back for more tours.

We are local but decided to take a day off and enjoy NYC. This tour was the perfect way to create a vacation day and still be home. We had lots to eat and never ate dinner that night. Cindy our tour guide was funny, charming and very well informed. She just made is a perfect vacation day. Thanks and you will see us again.

Michael, our guide, was passionate and knowledgeable about the neighborhood in which he resides. We had a great time tasting samples and learning much about the history of the area. Highly recommend.

The cold and snow on the sidewalks were a problem, of course not the tours fault,. Several members of the group left the tour early. All in all it was an excellent tour. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable.

Our group leader Cindy was wonderful. This was my second year, second tour with her, and it was as great as last year. She is so friendly, witty and very knowledgeable about the area. The experience of the neighborhood, the people and the food is so much better on a walk-and-eat-tour. I highly recommend this for everyone.

This was our 7th trip to NYC and I stumbled upon this interesting and different thing to do. It was really worthwhile and we have recommended to several friends. We got to try foods from about 8 or so places and learned of several others. We especially enjoyed visiting the real 1920's speak-easy and even visited it twice more on our own to show off our new-found knowledge of the area. Also went back to Le Gigot which was on the tour but did not get to sample from. We had a wonderful dinner there and would have never even known it existed if not for the tour. We enjoyed the foods we sampled and the tour guide's knowledge of the area. At times he seemed a little wordy and some of it could have been edited for time and interest. But overall it was really, really cool. Warning: check the weather forecast. We were blessed with good weather, but this walking 98% outdoor tour would be miserable in too hot, too cold, or rainy weather!

The food tour not only fills you up with what NYC has best to offer but also gives you something to discover for the rest of your stay in the Big Apple.
