| This was an excellent tour and Amy,our guide, was the best! It was extremely hot and the different vendors were nice enough to let us sample their food inside in the air conditioning. At the Aromatics shoppe, Joanne (the owner) had made an iced jar of lemon, peppermint and lavender oils and water for us to dip a paper towel in and wipe our faces and neck to cool off. It was the best! Amy was extremely knowledgable regarding the architecture and real estate of the area and kept the tour interesting. Even in the heat, the time flew right by-I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone! |

| Our tour guide, Amy, provided so much interesting information about the area and all the food tastings were teriffic. The pace was comfortable. The tour makes you want to plan your next New York outing in Greenwich Village. This is a tour that would appeal to anyone interested in food or the culture and architecture of the area. I highly recommend it! |

| I found it very interesting and a great selection of tastings. I went with my husband, 2 teenage daughters and another family of 4. We are all native New Yorkers and we all enjoyed it immensely. I would not recommend the tour for younger kids. This is our second food tour with this company. We went on the Chelsea market/meatpacking district tour last year and loved that as well. |

Great tour - but maybe not with kids!

| We took our 13 year old son on a very hot day. The walking and standing in the sun was too much for him. Our guide was terrific, the food was incredible and we learned so much - but it wasn't a highlight for my boy! |

| The food was not as good as I expected and lacked diversity. However, the tour guide was very entertaining and told interesting stories. |

| We really enjoyed our tour! Our tourguide (Barri) was very professional and knowledgeable. On a day when NYC was experiencing record heat, she did a great job of keeping us hydrated by stopping regularly for water. She always accommodated our needs. The food was good - nothing extraordinary - but the Olive Oil shop & Cheese store were highlights. If you are a lover of learning about new places to eat, and exploring small historic communities, this is the tour for you. We really did enjoy and would recommend! In fact, we went back the next day and had lunch at one of the recommended restaurants and it was fabulous! |

| Great tour! Don't be put off by 3 hrs of walking - we covered a small area of the West Village: Bleeker St and the Landmark District. Very interesting achitecture and historical information...and appetizing. Food samples were delicious. Would definitely return to the area. Looking forward to the other tours offered in Chelsea & SoHo. Tour guide was superb! |

| The tour was great. The weekend was hot (in the 90's). Beverages were able to be purchased along the way.
The only suggestion would be to change one of the pizza places to another restaurant on the tour.
Our guide was well informed. One member of our group had done the Chelsea meat packing restaurant cultural tour and thought that it was better. |
