My husband, 23 yr old daughter, and I had a fabulous time during the food tour. The best part of it was our guide, Curt. He was very very funny and very knowledgeable about an amazing array of topics from the establishments we visited, their histories, the history of NYC, some interesting stories about the theatre, as well as LOTS of great information on food and cooking and local restaurants. He made the tour the great time it was. And oh yes, we loved all the food tastings! Learned some new facts about olive oil and new recipe ideas!

My two daughters and myself went on this tour and I have to say it was the highlight of our vacation! We loved it and would recommend it to anyone. It's a must if your going to New York for vacation. Our tour guide Curt was amazing. He was so informative and so funny! The Greenwich Village tour is the best!!

Great food and just the right amount of history...

Sephera (not sure of spelling, but definately not 'sufferage') was very amusing and entertaining. Her voice carried well and she didn't speak too quickly like most young people do. Her pace was perfect and she explained everything in detail and answered all questions. My friend and I wondered if she did any standup comedy?....she should; she has great timing and expression in both her voice and face. The tour was just long enough. I would do another one in a New York minute when in New York again. Well done!

I always wanted To discover the charm of Greenwich village, this food tour was just the ticket. Our tour guide Kurt was the best. He was funny and very knowledgable about food and the history of all the establishments we visited. Since this was our first food tour anywhere we did not know what to expect. Other people in our group have done food tours in other cities, and said by far this one was the best and had the most food. We did not walk away hungry. It was also, my 50th birthday and I had the best day ever!!!!! I would highly recommend this tour if you love to cook and enjoy great food.

Kirt was our tour guide and he was funny, informative, very witty and needs his own show on either the Food Network or the History channel. I would recommend this tour to everyone. I learned about foods from New York, about architecture, recipes, local celebrities, jazz clubs, and the history of the area. Kirt knew a little about everything. He learned the names of everyone in the group, where we were from, and incorporated it into his non-stop commentary on the tour. It was delightful. And the food was delicious and plentiful. Take this tour. You won't be disappointed.
