Original Greenwich Village Food and Culture Tour

This is a great way to experience the city. I've been on 2 tours, one with a group of friends for a birthday gift and recently I took a friend from out of town. It's a great way to see and learn about a section of the city. You try tastings at restaurants you generally walk by all the time. The tastings are evenly spread out throughout the tour so you don't leave filling overly full, but are definitely satisfied.

I had no idea what to expect. None of us did. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised at what an awesome day we had with Sephrah. Not only did we love the food and the store selections, but we were so excited to have some historical information thrown in. Bonus! I will say that Sephrah really took it up a notch. She was patient, kind and downright funny. If I was a lesbian, I'd be all over her!! Thanks for providing such a great product!

The tour itself mixing anecdotes about the neighborhood, terrific places to eat, perfect timing of the tour and outstanding (and exceptionally funny) tour guide, made this the best way to know a neighborhood and spend a few hours in the city. So worthwhile. I can't wait to do another tour with this company.

I enjoyed learning all about the local mom and pop restaurants of Greenwich Village. I grew up in NJ for 28 years and have spent the last few years on the west coast. I love the east coast food and this tour introduced me to some new restaurants I can try out when I make my return visits to the east coast. Thanks so much. Bert was also an awesome tour guide. Marie was our guide - NYC was stop number 2 on our 22 day US honeymoon. The food tour ended up being one of our favourite things on the entire honeymoon. All the places we were taken to were polite, friendly & had yummy goodies for us to sample. Some of the shops we went back to after the tour to buy merchandise from - the Milk & Cookies Bakery was a real favourite.
