Original Greenwich Village Food and Culture Tour

My husband and I wanted to do something special for my mom's birthday. Since we all enjoy the city and eating this was the perfect tour. We learned about so many different restaurants and as we walked we also learned about the history of the area. Cindy, our guide, was great and she made the day so much fun! I would tell anybody to go on this tour.

This was the second time we had the tour guide. He is excellent!

I found this online and only read positive reviews. It was everything I thought it would be plus more. I am vegetarian and they even gave us alternative samplings at certain places.

I bought this tour as part of my Valentine's Day gift for my girlfriend. Our tour guide Marie was really great. She had stories about everything and allowed us to get a great look at some hidden gems of the Village. The food was excellent and the shops were unique. I recommend this tour for anyone that loves food and interesting places. Locals, tourists, and everyone in between should try this tour. Well worth the money.

I was also thoroughly impressed. I live in Manhattan and signed up for the tour because a friend was visiting from out of town. We both learned a lot about the local restaurants and history of the neighborhood. I highly recommend the tour for visitors and locals!

I loved the Greenwich Village tour. I'm from the area, and a friend and I were looking for something different to do on a weekend. This was perfect. The food was delicious and well-timed - I never felt hungry or too full. As a food/restaurant enthusiast, I came away with an armload of new restaurants I want to try! Also, I loved the bits of NYC history included in the tour. Greenwich Village was not a neighborhood I was very familiar with - but now I feel like a pro. Kudos on keeping it interesting but not too touristy-feeling!

I loved this tour. The food was great, the guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and the group was made up of fun people who really wanted to get to know New York. I really appreciated the list of restaurants and other places to eat. The next time a friend says, let's head out someplace for dinner, I have a great list of places to go. And the next time I have guests visiting from out of time, I will take them on one of your food tasting and cultural tours. They will love it!
