Original Greenwich Village Food and Culture Tour

Bert our tour guide was awesome. He was informative and funny. Made the soggy trip lots of fun. The food was amazing. Would do another tour in a heart beat!

OUR TOUR GUIDE "SEPHER" WAS A SWEETHEART, KNEW HER STUFF AND A FUN PERSON TO BE WITH...I MURDERED THE SPELLING OF HER NAME, BUT YOU KNOW WHO I MEAN

Could have spent another three hours walking around. It wasn't tiring at all. We'll definitely try another food tour.

This tour gave a new light on the city. Being from New York and taking my kids on many trips there I have never been to this side of the city. Our tour guide was funny and very informative. The food was amazing. There was not alot of walking for a walking tour which was great. I will do more tours with this company. Had a great day.

This tour was fabulous! Not only did we get to sample a nice variety of great foods, we learned a lot of history and information about Greenwich Village. It was nice to have a sit-down break at several of the stops. Cindy was wonderful! She did a terrific job of making the area come alive with all of her insider scoops. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting NYC!

WOW! My sister recommended the food tour as she and her husband went on one of their tours last year. It was an incredible deal for the very fair price. You get to eat A LOT of food and also learn A LOT about the area you are touring. Also, you get invaluable information about the local restaurants and get to tour the restaurants and sample the food so you get an idea "is this a place I would want to eat?" Our guide, Barri was so knowledgeable and down to earth- a wealth of information about the Greenwich Village history and area. It was a wonderful and productive way to spend the afternoon. They provide a brochure about the restaurants visited with suggestions on what to order. In addition to restaurants, we also toured a cheese shop and olive oil shop. My sister and I are not easy to please but this far exceeded my expectations-- because of the amount and quality of the food consumed and because of the guide's organization, information and friendly/approachable manner. This is a good activity for tourists and for locals. I plan on trying a few more food tours of different areas when I return to New York, and also plan on going back to some of the restaurants featured. The tour is well organized and provides plenty of written information about any question you may have regarding logistics, etc. (if it rains, walking restrictions, kids...)

I loved every minute it was much more than I expected, the places that the guide took us, the explanaitions, the food I decided to do another one everytime I come to NYork.

Nice tour, but use it as a way to get to know the area. A little "foodie" lite and too long a time period for small area covered. But if you haven't been to area before we recommend it as way to discover Greenwich, and you will enjoy it. If your expectiations are about great tour guide and as a "foodie", you will be disappointed. Three hours is too long for this tour.

I enjoyed every minute of it. This is my second time to do a walking tour with you guys and never disappoint! I have learned so much about the city, the food and hole in the wall places. The guides are always awesome. See you again next year
