Can’t recommend the tour enough. We had a great time. Food was great. Our guide was infectiously enthusiastic. Besides filling up on the great food, we learned a lot about the Village and have some great suggestions for dining there the next time we visit. |

I went with two 17 year old girls who absolutely loved it! Since NYU did not have a tour during the 4th of July weekend - told them this would give them an idea of the are around the school and they both loved the tour. The tour guide, Amy, was outstanding! |

We had a great tour-not only did we learn where to eat the next time we visit Greenwich Village-but we also experienced the culture and attitude of the locals. Wonderful experience-would highly recommend it to anyone. It has something for everyone. |

Our tour guide clearly enjoyed Greenwich and appeared to have deep knowledge about the local culture and food. The guide did a good job of pacing, switching between eating establishments, pointing out local sights, and telling stories of village history and colorful local individuals. The food part of the tour was primarily focused specialty shops (italian deli, cheese shop, pizza) which make up part of the local scene as opposed to the heavy hitting restaurants in the village. The literature handed out as well as commentary during the tour gave a good broad picture of the food scene as well. The part of the tour focused on local haunts, architecture, and historical development was entertaining and well balanced with the overall tour.
In summary, this tour efficiently and enjoyably introduced me to Greenwich
and gave me a reasonable understanding of the range of food it had to offer. |

Tour guide was excellent. It is much more than just the food, this tour educates on the rich history. I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend to others. |

About 7 seven years ago I and a few women took the tour. We thought it was great at that time. So when my daughter and I decided to go to New York we book the tour again. It was still Greenwich Village, but the tour was different. We saw some of the same sites but there were different and just as interesting sites, the food was still great but different. Both guides were very entertaining. We both truly enjoyed the tour. |

Our tour was very informative and also quite tasty. Barri was a wealth of information and made the three hours fly by. I want to do future tours when visiting the city again. |

Even though it rained on and off all afternoon, our tour guide, Barri, was prepared with plastic ponchos for the group, plenty of enthusiasm, and a great sense of humor. We had a great time - the tastings were delicious. The tour started on time and ended on time, and we spent some time afterwards revisiting stores and purchasing things we couldn't live without. We're talking about taking another food tour in August. |
