We did not know what to expect from a food tour and were delighted with the way the tour included a mixture of food, history and information about the architecture of the area. We left the tour full of excellent food and in love with Greenwich Village! Our tour guide (Natalie) was excellent Thank you for a wonderful day. |

Michael was a knowledgeable, funny and sincere tour guide who loves the village (it showed). In addition to food tour, we got a historical and cultural tour. We have already recommended the tour to other friends visiting NYC and they booked. |

Being a relocated New Yorker, we just love our visits back to the City. This tour was the BEST!!! Cindy, our guide, was animated and interesting. The food stop choices were perfect. Would highly recommend! |

The food was great, the guide organized, the neighborhood interesting. The pace could have been faster and the extraneous, non-food information drastically reduced for a more quickly paced and food-centered tour. |

Liked Heather, she is great!
but the tour itself is not that great~~~ too much advertising for restaurants.
The food was good, especially the pizza :)
A stop at an ice cream place would be great in the hot summer ! |

My husband and I are total foodies and I am an enthusiastic cook and lover of all things food, so I took ridiculously copious notes during the tour. I loved the mix of culture, history, architecture and recipes - I have already recommended the tour to many friends (my boss is planning to take his wife) and hope to come back and take another one of your tours in the future. We live in D.C. so are not far away. Marie was our tour guide and very fun, interesting, patient and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and chat with everyone, while keeping us on an efficient schedule. It was my husbands'/my anniversary and I can't think of a better way to have spent the day, enjoying the great food and atmosphere. What an innovative tour idea - thank you for the opportunity. |

After having gone on the Chelsea Market/Meatpacking Tour and raved about it for months, the Greenwich Village Tour was a bit disappointing. While the guide was very interesting and full of neighborhood anecdotes, the food was not on the same level as the previous tour. The line-up of food was a bizarre combination -- we had pizza, followed by several combinations of bread/dough/starch with something on it or in it, followed by pizza again. Nothing stuck out as being really stellar and delicious. Having lived in the Village for two years myself, I know there are a multitude of culinary gems to be had -- it's a shame that the tour didn't partake in any of them. |
