Original Greenwich Village Food and Culture Tour

Great time, very informative, excellent guide. Will definatly do it all again next time we are in town. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this tour. We had a wonderful afternoon touring Greenwich Village and our guide, Michael, was fantastic. We are looking forward to returning to the Village to check out some of the sights we learned about on the tour. Great job, thanks.

I enjoyed the tour and tastings. and would recommend it. Mike provided excellent history and "color." Only suggestion would be to tighten the route (it seemed we'd pass some stops only to return to them later).

Michael was the best! This was so much more than a food tour. He was a delightful host, informative, so connected to his neighbourhood. Learned so much about the history, architecture, social interactions, the restaurants...I just cannot say enough about this tour. I will go on it again. By the way - the best cannoli I have ever had. I have already been recommending this to New Yorkers I met & those at home.

We thoroughly LOVED this tour. Our guide, Michael was very entertaining. It was an absolutely wonderful way to intimately experience this little part of New York. We highly recommend this. Due to the length of the tour, it's best suited to teenagers and older.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 7. It was entertaining and informative. The only issue was that our tour guide was a little young and seemed to lack the depth of knowledge of other more experienced tour guides. Although certainly passionate about food, she got some facts wrong about NYC architecture and history. I'd make sure the tour guides were a little better trained next time. Otherwise a good time - thanks!

This was the best tour we did during our stay. The tour guide, Michael, was great! and supplied us with so much more than we expected. The food was also wonderful. We would recommend the tour to anyone that likes history and great food! It is the ONLY way to truely experience Greenwich Village.

Excellent! Michael was the BEST guide I ever experienced on the very many tours I have taken in New York over the years. It was apparent how much he loved Greenwich Village. An extra, was meeting many of his friends along the tour route! This tour was one I will never forget and would recommend it to anyone in a NY second!!!!

The best part of the tour was the introduction to the history of Greenwich Village and how it got to be the way it is today. The food we sampled along the way was tasty and provides a good reason to go back and visit the Village again.
