My husband and I were extremely pleased with this tour. It surpassed our expectations in every way. The tour guide was very interesting and since she was from the area, had a great deal of local knowledge. The food offerings were delicious. We would not have known about all these wonderful eating places had we not taken the tour. We shall return to this neighborhood when we come to NYC again. The simplicity of the food and the friendliness of the proprietors made this an exceptional experience. Loved hearing all the stories about who lived where and when in the neighborhood.

The food, the history, the architecture, the anecdotes were so much better than I expected. I recommend it to anyone who will listen. I would have liked to stay in the West Village for dinner, but ate too much on tour, So next time I'm in NYC, I'll plan an evening there. Our guide, Barri was excellent...friendly and knowledgeable. Met fun people from England and Australia.

Excellent tour with lots of different foods to try. Had a slice of pizza, cannoli, olive oil on bread, cheese, cookies, etc.. Well worth the money!!!
