| I had taken the tour a few years ago, but my daughter just moved there and I wanted her to learn more about the area. We both had a great time, Some of the places were different than before but it is awesome how long some of these establishmentrs have been around. We felt privileged to know where the locals go! I have also done the Meatpacking tour.. Both are very enlightening and a great view into an area missed by so many tourists. |

| Aside from the tour, we want to compliment our tour guide, Jenny. She was very pleasant, energenic, enthusiastic and very knowledgable about Greenwich Village. She deserves a 10.
To call this a "food" tour is very misleading. Perhaps it should be called a "history" tour with food samples along the way. Our group felt that we spent $40.00 for a slice of pizza, pastry and cheese samples. Too much money for too little "samples." We would not recommend this tour to our friends. Sorry....thumbs down from Maryland. |

| My sister, sister-in-law and I surprised my Mom for her 60th birthday with this tour. The leader was personable and extremely knowledgeable about the area and the food. For our family it was a great fit. We all have children under age 6 so it made for a a very different afternoon to be able to get lost in all the history and enjoy the food. My Mom also has taken advantage of many of NYC's major attractions and we managed to impress her with something she'd never done. The food was great and the history lesson was even better. |

| My daughter and I loved the hours we spent with Mike. He taught us so much that we will use on future visits, was delightfully informative, enthusiastic, knowledgable, and paid constant personal attention to the members of the group. I wish there had been more opportuniities to sit down occasionally, but maybe that is because I am older than the average participant. I would now like to take the Chelsea tour. |

| The tour was more of a historical and cultural overview of the Village as opposed to just a food tour. We enjoyed Mike our guide - he lived in the Village and great insight and anecdotes. The food was good - there could have been more of it. Also we didn't find that the food provided was unique or above and beyond what we normally enjoy. We did return to the Village for dinner the next day but went to a restaurant not on the tour.
Overall I would recommend for those looking to glimpse a part of New York you may not be familiar with. |

| Thought Mike was knowledgable and considerate - I learned a lot about the VIllage, spent some time ont he places we visited and made several purchases - would not have known about these fine establishments without you. Will definately take more tours the next time I'm in NY. |

| This was a delightful event in our four-day visit to NYC. The weather was perfect. The walk was energizing and healthy. The stops along the way were well planned and fit together extremely well. The food was delicious and very authentic. And last but certainly NOT least the tour guide, Michael, was definitely the best part of the tour. He was very knowledgeable, very polite, well known by everyone we met - a complete gentleman in every sense of the term!! I have already recommended this tour to everyone that I have spoken with since. |

| This walking tour is part food, part culture and part history. Our tour guide was insightful, knowledgable and entertaining, and the food tastings were wonderful. Highly recommended. |
