| Great experience, delicious food and very knowledgeable guide. Remember to check the weather before you start the day and dress accordingly--its all outside! And bring an appetite you will be full by the end. Highly recommended. Its really something different to do and you discover a whole new world outside of the typical tourist places. |

| Tour was very good - started on time/guide was very knowledgeable and friendly - tastings were ample and well timed out - visited places that I would return to later on for complete meals - weather would definitly play a factor in tour development ( we had a nice day!!) Would reccommend tour ( and have already) and are planning on taking the Chelsea/Meat packaing one in the spring as well - Think about developing others in different city areas as well in the future. |

| Brilliant tour. Our guide Michael was very interesting. If it hadn't been such a cold day we could have listened to him for hours. We returned the next to have an evening meal at Palma. The food was wonderful as was the atmosphere and staff. 10 out of 10 for this tour. We all wish to return to Greenwich Village in the future. Please pass on our best wishes to Michael, tell him girls the from Wales !! |

| I would recommend it highly. The tour guide was great...
I am very bad with names, but I think it was Cindy? She made it really fun. I went back on my own to Bleeker St. the next day(in the rain) to shop at four of the stores on the tour.

| I was deeply disappointed by this tour. firstly let me say that the guide was very knowledgable about the local restaurants and was very friendly. My problem was with the make-up of the tour. It was billed as a food and cultural tour with some samples, but in fact for over half of the 3 hours spent wandering around, we were paraded through the neighbourhood restaurants (to the puzzelment of some diners) and simply told what food was served, at what prices, and if they accepted reservations. We were told that we were being introduced to the restaurants and it was hoped we would return. Quite honestly I could have purchased a restaurant guide with the same information and read it, sitting in one of the areas great bakerys with a coffee. That part bored me rigid and truly spoiled the tour. On the plus side the places where we tried food were generous with their samples and there was slightly more information about background of the chef, proprietor etc. We were better informed about the Greenwich Village area as we walked around it and enjoyed the stories that were related the culture, history and popular characteristics of the neighbourhood. While on the tour we all talked amongst ourselves and there was a distinct feeling that in its present format 3 hours was at least 1+ hours too long. As it stands now, I couldn't recommend this tour, because the good bits were scattered over too much marketing puff. If the tour was condensed, and the neighbourhood history was combined with visits to stores and a few restaurants, which allowed talk about the ingredients used and the methods or influences of the chefs, this would be much more attractive. This recipe needs a rework. |

| My mother and I had a great time on the tour. All of the foods were delicious. I recommend to those signing up that you take the tour early on your vacation so that you have plenty of time to come back and have dinner at some of the restaurants mentioned on the tour. I would reccomend this tour to anyone wanting a nice relaxing stoll around the city. My only criticism is that a cup of coffee would have been nice on our chilly weather tour! It would be an easy add to the tour! |
