Excellent way to spend a few hours. The tour showed many things that it would not be possible for a non local to find on thier own.

Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, the edibles were delicious, great choice of restaurants, nice historical and architectual touches...overall, a great way to spend the afternoon. My kids, ages 19 and 22, loved it too...and they are tough critics!

I would have rated this activity/experience as excellent, however, the button was not activitated for Excellent! Our guide was delightful, and loved her job which was obvious in the amazing tour we had. Since my return to Texas, I have told everyone about this experience and have two friends who have booked tickets on my recommendation. Since my daughter lives in Manhattan, it was a wonderful opportunity for her to find out about shops/retaurants that she will frequent.

This is an excellent tour & a great intro. to Greenwich Village! Cindy is absolutely the best tour guide! I have personally taken the tour four times in the past 2-1/2 years, each time with different members of my family. Was somewhat disappointed this year that we coudn't wander down Cornelia St. and visit the restaurants there.

very good historical tour. Food tastings were fun. It was a cold day-was glad to go inside a few times. Our guide was a walking encyclopedia and truly loved the Village. it was lots of fun! I would recommend it.

THE TOUR WAS VERY INTERESTING. OUR TOUR GUIDE (MICHAEL) WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE VILLAGE. HE TOLD US THINGS ABOUT THE VILLAGE THAT ONLY A NEW YORKER WOULD KNOW. THE BAKERY'S WERE OUTSTANDING! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE TOUR.

This tour was recommended to us by a friend who was there approx. three weeks ago. Susan was our guide, did a good job, enjoyed her humor. We kept the food guides, and would recommend this tour. Phil

It was a great "insider" perspective of what the West Village is about. The food was great! We felt like locals after the tour and definitely feel way more comfortable navigating the winding streets and knowing the less popular but extremely great "Sweet Spots". The tour guide was incredible about the HISTORY of the buildings and the "gossip" of who lived where when...from John Steinbeck to the show 'FRIENDS' we felt like it was well worth the money!! I would definitely recommend the tour to tourists and natives alike. I wasn't familiar w/ G. Village history or restaurants, so this was interesting. (I would love a little bit more history - but as a former history major in college, perhaps I'm not your typical walking tour participant). It was also nice to find new shops for cheese, chocolate, etc. Some of the shops we visited rival (if not exceed) our slightly uptown shops - maybe we'll make the trek to the Village for future shopping excursions? All in all, 3 hours well spent.
