| Amazing guide and tour! Michael was not only very informative and knowledgeable - but he was also friendly and generous. Loved the history he shared, the intriguing past of Greenwich Village that he spoke about and was a part of. And of course, wonderful food! Truly a cultural experience. I highly recommend this tour. Take it with Michael! |

| I was the only "local" in our tour group yesterday afternoon, having grown up in Brooklyn and more recently been living in the suburbs. I've spent much time in Greenwich Village over the years, but I really never had concrete knowledge about anything more than what directly involved me! The time was perfect for me to learn. Our tour guide, Michael, was filled with a mix of knowledge that I was more than ready to take in. Michael was funny and smart, an awsome combination for a cultural tour guide.
I was with my fiance who is from several hours away (so almost local) and he enjoyed getting the insider's view on what's good and what might be better. He has a list, from places where we tasted and comments Michael made, about where he'd like to return. He came home with a whole stack of business cards and menus!
There was ample food for this to be lunch... and while we certainly didn't need to go back and purchase more food after the tour was over, we were so into the moment that we went and bought cheese, Italian meats, olive oil and bread... so were able to come home and continue the food experience at home last night.
For anyone who is afraid of the walking, in total, we walked just a little over 1 mile in just over 3 hours. There was a nice mix of walking, standing... and sitting. We had 3 of our tastings inside, sitting at tables. My fiance is not a walker and so we were concerned this might be too much for him, but that didn't prove to be the case. Personally, I would have preferred more walking to offset all I ate! But that's just mean and certainly not a criticism of the tour in anyway!
I've been raving about the tour since. We look forward to either doing this one again with out of town guests, or trying out another one on our own. All in all, a great experience... and a great value as well. |

| What a wonderful way to experience and learn the history and culture of a NY neighborhood, with culinary delights thrown in along the way.....a perfect pairing! We went on a different tour last year and loved it. We found this year's neighborhood and food tastings to be just as enjoyable. We were a group of Mother's and daughters and both of our generations loved the whole experience equally. We highly recommend adding a food tasting tour to your NYC visit. |

| As a local New Yorker this was a great tour of the so-called "mom and pop" specialty shops that make NY special. Our guide Cindy, was terrific. We learned a ton about the history and architecture of the area as we tasted our way through the Village. A great time was had by all in our group! |

| I went on the food walking tour with tour guide Cindy. She was really great. She was a body of knowledge on the neighborhood and stores and I really enjoyed the food. Awesome- I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in these kinds of tours and I will definitely try the other tours available. I actually lived in New York a couple years ago and heard this from a friend and she is a resident New Yorker and she loved it and so did I. A+++ |

| The food tour we took in Greenwich Village was one of my favorite things we did while visiting New York City. A group of girlfriends and I from California went together and had so much fun walking around the Village and tasting some of the foods the restaurants had to offer while at the same time learning some history of this quaint part of N.Y. Our tour/taster guide was very sweet, knowledgable and friendly. The three hours went by fast and of course the food was delicious! I could have spent many more days in Greenwich Village just going shop to shop. It was a very different aspect of New York that a small town girl like myself could appreciate. |

| Food places on tour were enjoyable, historical portion provided information that I didn't know before, but Heather, the tour guide, really made the tour memorable. Her knowledge and enthusiasm was much appreciated. |

| Our guide, Heather, was quite inspirational discussing all the fine restaurants in the Village. We had great food to taste but would have liked to taste more food from the restaurants visited.
Overall, I would highly recommend the visit. |

| The tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable about Greenwich Village.
She was personable and made the experience very enjoyable.
The three hours passed very quickly and it was worth the price.
The food included in the tour was quite yummy!
I am definitely going to sample other tours by your company.
Thank you!

| We enjoyed our tour through West Greenwich in this informative tour. The food was tasty and we were introduced to restaurants we would definitley want to return to. We did visit one coffee shop after our tour and my husband agreed with the designation given as the best cup of coffee in New York! The baking was also delicious.
I appreciated the length of the tour (3 hours) and the spacing of the food tasting. I would encourage all to ask lots of questions as our guide was very willing to give all kinds of info about New York. I enjoyed learning about a part of New York in this manner as the smaller group and walking seemed more intimate than a larger bus or boat tour. |
