We thoroughly enjoyed this tour! Our guide Bert did a great job. He was informative and entertaining. We were traveling with our teenage kids who had never been to NYC before and they loved it as well. They ranked the tour as their 2nd favorite activity in NYC. Attending a Broadway play only narrowly beat them for first. I would highly recommend the tour and will take another the next time we're back!

Our family had a wonderful time. We toured the west village and our guide (Bert) was fantastic! I have teenage children and it can be hard to find things that appeal to all of us. They loved it!! They remembered some of the interesting facts that they learned and they really enjoyed the tastings! A great way to spend a few hours in NYC!

$26 for two aperitifs was a bit steep. Recommend you drop the bar from your walking/eating tour. Tips might improve.

This was a great tour. Food was very good (almost too much)!!! Raheem, the guide was excellent providing a great deal of information about the history and the architecture of the area. The people in the various shops and food places we visited were very friendly and helpful. The printed guide was very helpful for deciding restaurants and shops to return to. The coupons were an added plus. I will certainly do one of the other food tours when I am back in NYC.

Our group of 4 (2 Mums, 2 daughters) had a most enjoyable food and walking tour last Friday with Curt who entertained us hugely and also introduced us to some very good food outlets as well as giving us loads of information on NYC and Greenwich Village in particular. His energy was incredible and his grasp of all our names most impressive! We would thoroughly recommend this tour especially with Curt!

I thought the greenwich tour was interesting from the historical and architectural point of view. Most of The food, I found, a little disappointing. The exceptions were the olive oil place, the Italian restaurant where we had the cauliflower dish and Murray's cheese shop.

Enjoyed the history of Greenwich Village as well as food. Food "samples" were so generous, we had to cancel dinner plans. Will recommend to others.

Excluding Pizza Roma, the other 7 stops were excellent. Our favorite stops were O and Co., Murray's cheese shop and Rocco's. Overall, it was an excellent tour. I would suggest replacing Pizza Roma with Amy's Bread.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food tasting tour. This was my 3rd time and I would go again. I lost count of how many places we ate. We started out with pizza slices and ended up with cannolis (sp?) with cookies, cheeses, rice balls, meats and LOTS of other food in between. Amy, our tour guiide was well versed on Village life: where to dine, what to order, how they make it, etc. . She imparted insider knowledge on the area as we walked. And we had a celebrity sighting! Sign up now - its well worth the price.
