Original Greenwich Village Food and Culture Tour

My husband and i loved the tour. Our guide was very interestng and shared many facts and stories about the area and of the shops where we tried several varieties of foods... very worthwhile.....would take it again....

The information and tastings were fabulous and well worth the money! I can't wait to come back and eat full meals at some of the restaurants on our tour. I will definitely take another Foods of New York tour on my next visit.

Was a great way to get a taste of NY. We went back to some of the restaurants!! Just makesure you have comfy shoes and a big appetite. Highly recommended.

An excellent tour .Food was amazing and our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable. I recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing this more quaint part of New York. This takes 3 hours of walking. I would suggest comfortable footwear

I had done a local food tour where I live, and the guide of that tour recommended doing a food tour in any place you visit. When we decided to take a trip to new York, we asked him for a recommendation for a NYC food tour and he recommended the Greenwich Village tour. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We stopped at 8 places with different varieties of food at each. The portions were not huge, but after 8 stops we felt satisfied! The food really exemplified Greenwich Village and what it has to offer in food (pizza, an Italian dish, mac and cheese, cookies, rice balls, olive oil, cheese tasting, and cannolis). Our tour guide Sephrah was a hoot and made the 3 hour tour seem like only an hour! She was great! The history that was included in our walk through the neighborhood was really interesting and neat!

Thank you for a great tour of Greenwich Village. Especially enjoyed Rafele restaurant and the tour of the homes and surrounding area. We also enjoyed all the businesses we visited.

We loved the tour. Enjoyed learning about the community and the shops. Would take another tour in another area.

It was a beautiful day and the Village looked great, but it was the tour guide, Rahim (sp?) who was the best. His enthusiasm, his knowledge of the food, the restaurants and the history of the Village, and his caring for the group that made for a wonderful tour.

This was a great tour! It was fun learning about the area and its history and culture. The food was amazing and our tour guide was awesome!

This tour is a must The tastings were fantastic. The history and info on architecture was good. Went back to restaurant for dinner. Service and food fabulous.
