Great way to see the Village!

Our Greenwich village food tour was more then we expected. We had 8 stops with great food that was more then just a bite! The "samples" were generous and delicious. Our tour guide "Barrie" was informative, fun, and made the whole tour interesting. I would highly recommend this to anyone....including teens!

My wife and I went on this tour and really enjoyed it. The tour guide Bert was the best tour guide that we have ever had for something like this. Bert was extremely knowledgable, funny, and a nice guy to spend 3 hours with.

We did the walking tour in July. It was a wonderful reintroduction to Greenwich Village where I spent a lot of time as a teen. The tour guide was great and knowledgeable .... and the tastings were over the top.... we had to cancel our dinner reservations.

Fun but you can do it yourself

Our tour guide Sephra was funny and she got everyone moving so the tour didn't drag. However, I think we could have just gotten off the Grayline bus in Greenwich village and visited the same food shops on our own for a lot less than $49. The samplings were all in a 3 block radius so just wander up Bleecker and pick out something you would like to try and LE VOILA.

My daughter and I took this walking tour of Greenwich Village and several restaurants/food shops. Our guide was very informative not only about the food, but the history of the area, background of the shops, etc. She was quite entertaining for the full 3 hours. You get plenty to eat to call this lunch. Nice way to get to know the area and be prepared to revisit some of these locations or others in the area.

We had a great tour. The guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and the food was delicious. A nice mix of history, culture and anecdotes about an area of the city we were unfamiliar with.
