This activity by far, was one of our favorite things to do during our trip to New York! The cultural part of the tour was informative and conversational, and the tastings were delicious along the way! We had the perfect amount of food in a 3-hour period! We're big foodies and appreciate fine delicacies.....and this experience really lived up to our expectations! |

Kurt introduced himself very enthusiastically and quickly learned all of our names.
He explained what the tour would be like and took us to very interesting sites along the way.
It was obvious that he was well prepared, versed on his material and enjoyed doing his job.
He had interesting tidbits about the neighborhoods and the local eateries. |

Food Tour

Tour was conducted too fast, the eating stops were rushed. I think the guide had to cover too much. Two pizzas, two deserts? Much of the food was average. The Asian food stop seemed out of place in a predominantly Italian food tour. The history could have included more on the wonderful folk musicians who got their start in the Village. Mindless emphasis on what building sold for how much. I do not think I could recommend this tour. |

I thoroughly enjoyed the history and the different types of foods of Greenwich! My kids ages 15, 17, & 19 were pretty bored though and we wound up leaving a little early.
Also, the tour really stayed within a 2 block radius, I was hoping to see more of Greenwich. |

A walking tour of Greenwich Village while it's 105 degrees outside. Tough, very tough. But, the food was fantastic. Would have been nice to include more wine tastings. Nice tidbits of info on Greenwich Village that you could probably have gotten by Googling. If you are looking for info/background on the different types of restaurants and other eateries in the village, take the tour. |

We really enjoyed the tour even though it was really hot out! Our tour guide was really knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Our kids really liked the food , my husband and I thought it was soso. But what really made it fun was learning the history of Greenwich village and learning a lot of new things. The free gelato coupon at the end was the best and we all became fans of something new! |

This was my first food tour and was highly recommended by a friend. It did not disappoint. Our tour guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and it made one want to go back to each store for more!! I didn't want the tour to end. Planning my next food tour....can't wait. |

Our tour guide Curt Upton made this tour a great experience. His commitment, humour and "team building" ability made the day!
Nice selection of restaurants too. |
