| Our guide was kind, polite, enthusiastic and knowledgible about Grenwich Village.
The information booklt was very much appreciated and helpful.
I very much appreciated the actual food insights from the chef/manager of the Olive Oil shop. I wanted to hear more from other food shop owner/managers.
People, like me, who take such tours love to learn about food, this should be the focus, not all of the Village trivia, although this is intereasting to a point.
I would have wished for a greater variety of foods to sample or places that fairly unique to NYC such as Cuban/Chinese restaurants.
My two cents for now... |

| Great walking Tour! Barri took me back in time, I imagined carriages and horses, female gowns and male wigs and candle lit alleyways and unpaved muddy roads and big doorkeys that people carry back then. It was great to see the old buildings, differentiate the old from the new brick houses and landmarks. Now when I see brick houses, I look at the layout of the bricks to know the year that they were built! Aaahhh, and the food and restaurants! Awesome. I have not seen this side of the Village, quaint neighbourhood, secluded gardens and landmarks. I am from North Jersey, 15 minutes from GWB and spends my weekends in New York, this is the most enjoyable weekend I've ever had for a long time. |

| The food was tasty the guide was friendly and the tour was fascinating.
It was the perfect combination of things - history of the neighbourhood, current information on where to eat and shop, and a few hidden gems disclosed as well.
I would recommend this tour for anyone looking to learn a little more about Greenwich Village.
Be warned though there is no need to eat beforehand as you will soon fill up on this tour. |

| We took the tour on our last day in New York. I wish we had done it earlier, because I would have gone back to the places that were described on the tour. It was a fun way to see Greenwich Village and learn some fascinating things about it. I will definately do another food tour on my next visit! |

| This was a very interesting way to see the older part of the Village, even tho we had been in this neighborhood many times before. Our guide was fun and funny and very well-informed--not only about food but also the history of the architecture and the interesting people populating the area. It also must be said that your website is very easy to use and all acknowledgements and charges appeared quickly and promptly. We don't know exactly how you market this tour but we heard of it thru a retired travel agent at a party in our hometown. In all of our past trips to NYC we had never known that such a tour existed. We will get the word out! |

| All the food tastings were great and we really enjoyed all the historical information our tour guide told us about the village. We went back later and used some of our coupons and bought other things from the stores we visited. |

| Can’t recommend the tour enough. We had a great time. Food was great. Our guide was infectiously enthusiastic. Besides filling up on the great food, we learned a lot about the Village and have some great suggestions for dining there the next time we visit. |

| I went with two 17 year old girls who absolutely loved it! Since NYU did not have a tour during the 4th of July weekend - told them this would give them an idea of the are around the school and they both loved the tour. The tour guide, Amy, was outstanding! |
