We chose the Nolita area for our Foods of New York Walking tour. Our guide was Annie. Both the food stops and Annie's guide were a 10+. I've been on walking tours in other cities and have been pleased with them, but Annie made this tour a stand-out. She clearly enjoys her work, has done her research to provide interesting historical perspective and was a pleasure. She even ended with a song! The food stops were top notch as well. This is the second tour I've taken with friends with Foods of New York. Both were excellent. Its one of my most favorite ways to pass time in NYC.

I heard about the culture tours a few years ago from some friends who were visiting NYC and raved about it. A very good friend who lives in Dallas has maintained an apartment in NY and asked me to come to NYC. I told her about the tour and we both totally enjoyed it. Burt was an excellent guide. His enthusiasm and sharing of interesting information and facts made it evident that he loves what he does! The next time I get to NYC, I will most definitely select another tour.

Burt was a great tour guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and the history of everything. His enthusiasm for the food and the area kept the group excited. It was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back for another tour soon!

The tour was enjoyable. I feel that Public Restaurant wasn't featured enough. A bag with a piece of chocolate, pencil, matches...was disappointing. We also didn't get a true feel for Smile Restaurant. The rest of the tour was fabulous and our tour guide Anny was amazing. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and took a great interest in each member of our group. She remember all of our names and address us by them.

Our charming tour guide gave a delightful and informative walking tour of an amazing neighborhood. The food experience was truly a "foodie's" great day out. Loved the history and stories about locals and celebritiesl.

This is my fourth food tour with this company. All of them are great but this one was really, really great. I brought my two children 8,10 and they loved it as well. Our tour guide ANNY was PHENOMENAL!

We loved every part of our Nolita tour! Our tour guide was fantastic - She was always adding special little tidbits and facts not to mention that every place we ate was AMAZING! We are hooked on Food Tours for the combination of fun facts of the area, walking (to help with all the tastings:), and the variety of foods you get to try - not to mention the booklet of recommended restaurants in the area! I would definitely recommend this tour when in the city!!

what a great way to spend a few hours

Our group of 3 recently did the Nolita/Noho tour with Anny. The tour was great, and Anny was lovely, providing us with interesting stories about the areas we were in, particular buildings and characters from the past. And on this tour you'll eat delicious food at various restaurants that you might not know about otherwise. We were leaving NYC the next day but if we had a few days longer we definitely would have returned to some of those restaurants. Do the tour, it's a very enjoyable way to spend a few hours & learn about the area.
