Taste mouthwatering eats from undiscovered spots in the cozy corners of Nolita, where old-world charm meets a youthful, downtown vibe.

Great guide and a variety of food

Annie was very knowledgable and made the community come to life with history tidbits, information on noteworthy residents past and present, and sharing interesting architectural sites. The variety of restaurants was both unique and delicious. We enjoyed them all but our favorites were the pizza, Mexican and cup cakes! The rain did not deter us from the enjoyment of our walking tour. Annie goodbye song was a special finale. We highly recommend the tour and plan to try the Chelsea and other tours. You should do one in Brooklyn.

Annie introduced my "gang" to NoLita and it was a wonderful day with a happy, loving guide who really wanted us to learn the area and appreciate it. She was such fun! We went to one of the restaurants on tour for breakfast the next day and it was divine. Just love that you get the inside scoop on a neighborhood and get to sample delicious foods. We've done all of the tours now and repeated several more than once. Will definitely do this one again. If you are considering taking one of this company's tours DO IT - they are amazing. Guide took time to remember our names during NoHo tour. Always made sure that each of 16 guests could hear her and made to feel the history of the area. Also, interacted with each person to inquire about where they were from and personal information. We have taken all the food tours in NY and will start repeating next year. The NoHo tour had interesting foods to taste and ranks as one of the best.

Must Experience in New York

This was our fourth tour with Foods of New York. Our trips aren't complete unless we experience a tour. The food is always great but I love the unique facts I learn about the city. The tour guides are always friendly and make the tour fun for all.

We were "Team Canada" on the tour and had a wonderful time being introduced to new locations and neighbourhoods that gave us the view of New York that tourists don't typically get. Our guide Anny was very knowledgable and friendly from the moment we met to when we finished the tour. Tacombi@Fonda Nolita knocked our socks off with the roasted corn in a cup! Unreal! Next time in NYC we will definitely be taking another tour with them and visiting the great spots that we were introduced to this time around! Thanks again Anny! Team Canada

Great time was had by all

I took this trip along with 15 other friends of a retirement group. The guide was terrific. The weather was perfect. Although the food was tasty it was not varied. Two were like open-faced sandwiches and the pizza, although delicious was also like a sandwich. The esquites was a dish I was not familiar with so I enjoyed learning something new. The graham cracker was disappointing when we saw all the other choices on the menu. We all loved the cupcake but would have preferred to eat it last, not first. This was the fourth trip I have taken with food tours. I hope you add more choices so I can come again.

Annie was an excellent guide - fun and nice and full of information about the area. I liked that there were 3 indoor sit-down eating spots; it was a hot day! And I liked Annie's song at the end of the tour!
