Taste mouthwatering eats from undiscovered spots in the cozy corners of Nolita, where old-world charm meets a youthful, downtown vibe.

Tasty, fun, interactive and informative

Our group was small and I believe it was what made our experience so enjoyable. Our tour guide was super nice and engaged us the entire time. I would go back and this would be my number 1 attraction in the city. Especially to have Anne again. A lot of the restaurants were tiny and the streets sometimes busy so I can't imagine getting around with a group of 16. The restaurants were such a surprise looking like nothing from the street to be this amazing space inside. Anne offered a lot of knowledge and bits of information of the restaurants as well as the area in general. It was a very enjoyable experience, I have already recommended it to friends.

Overly drawn out and disappointing

Having done some of the other Foods of NYC tours I was looking forward to this one. It turned out to be a disappointment. The pace was too slow; with too much time spent in some of the restaurants without any purpose. There was lots of dawdling and overall the tour seemed to lack focus; with a visit to a barber's shop (no food there) and a visit to a restaurant to see the decor and the menu - but no food tasting! Our guide was knowledgeable and extravert (as have been all the other guides), but all in all it felt like a forced event. Perhaps Saturday morning isn't the best time to run this tour, as the popularity of NY brunch meant that several of the places were full of "proper" customers which meant there was no time or space for us as a group.

Our guide Anny was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area and its history - the time flew by despite it being a cold day. We would highly recommend this tour to visitors (and locals) of all ages.

I have been on several food tours and I just cant seem to get enough. I live in Boston and make many weekend trips down to NYC and I can't make a trip without going on a food tour. Anny(Nolita) is the BEST tour guide I have ever had. Every time I do Nolita I pray she is the guide we get! Can't wait to come back. Jaime C.

Despite a very cold day, Annie warmed our hearts and stomachs. A great variety of food and shops. Keep it up.

Just the best way to discover a NY neighborhood

This is my 4th Foods of NY tour and they never disappoint. Anyone can take you on tastings, but they have the absolute best guides (congenial and well informed New Yorkers) and choose terrific places that I would never have picked out myself. Annie was delightful and even sang for us at the end. I learned a lot about the history of the area we were in and can't wait to get back to patronize those restaurants. Don't hesitate.

We had a blast on this tour! Great food, great area, cool art and lots of fun stories. Anny, our tour guide, was EXCELLENT and entertained and took good care of us. Everyone in all the restaurants that know Anny obviously adore her. She made us all feel like we live in that neighborhood and were going in to visit our favorite restaurants. We returned two nights later to Tacombi with the rest of our family in tow, because we enjoyed it so much on the tour. This was my second food tour (first one in 2011), and we wanted to try another area this visit. We will definitely be return customers the next time we visit NYC. Such a great value for a wonderful experience!

Loved how it revolved around food however, great to also get a bit of background about the history and culture of NoHo! Tour guide was fabulous and highly recommend doing this! We were both full as by the end of it so great value! I will be purchasing gift vouchers for my friends visiting NYC in the near future!!
