| The choice of sit-down restaurants was better than expected and excellent. Our guide made the tour most interesting with smatterings of history along with explanations of the food of China and Chinatown. The only suggestion would be that he slow done the delivery when there are foreign tourists as part of the group; he spoke very fast! However, I would sign up with him for another tour next time. | ||||||

| Ramheed was a font of knowledge about the history of Chinatown as he enthusiastically led us through out of the way areas and educated us on all things Chinese including food, herbal medicine and culture. | ||||||

| We can't thank you enough for the great tour of the Village! Not only was the food wonderful, but our tour guide knew so many interesting things about the neighborhood. My daughter and I can't wait to go back and take one of your other tours....and we will definitely visit Bleeker Street again the next time we're in the City! | ||||||

| Michael was a great guide, very knowledgeable of the area and history, food sampling was excellent. Very very enjoyable, highly recommended. A great way to experience some of the history, culture and great food in the Village. Well worth the money. We went to one of the sampled restaurants for dinner and it was fantastic as well. | ||||||

| We had our tour with Michael Carp. We were amazed at what he knew about Greenwich Village including the people. At every corner he was saying hello to a neighbor in the community and vice versa. He was witty and kept us wanting more with his endless anecdotes. The tour was an easy walk and the shops we stopped at were awesome. (We've already planned a trip to the Parma Restaurant) The food tastings were out of this world. This was a great way to spend the afternoon. It was different and even though we have lived in New York all of our lives, we learned so much about historical Greenwich Village. This tour is a must for locals and tourists alike. | ||||||

| After spending 2 days doing the usual grand tour and seeing the well-known sites of Manhattan, this Greenwich Village tour was a wonderful way to explore just a small area of New York. The tour was excellent - we not only got to visit restaurants / shops and taste great food along the way, but as we walked around the Village our tour guide also gave an overview of the history and culture of the area. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it. | ||||||

| We saved this tour for our last day in New York and it did not disapoint. Rahim, our guide, was excellent. His passion for all things Asian, including food, makes this a 'can't miss' tour. The tour effectively mixes Chinese history, NYC history and excellent food into an experience you won't soon forget. I am very confident that now I, a native Texan, can take my NYC friends and show them parts of Chinatown they have never seen. | ||||||

| After I took the tour, I went back to have lunch at the Trattoria Pesce Pasta and the food, service and price was very, very good. If I hadn't taken the tour, I certanly would miss a very good meal in NY. | ||||||

| I highly recommend this tour. My husband admitted he didn't think he'd enjoy this tour but it was at the top of both our lists of favorite things we did in NY. Our guide Cindi was fantastic. The group included 1 New Yorker, tourists from CA, AZ & TX, and couples from Germany, Finland and Australia. The history we learned from Cindi was so interesting and fun. She pointed out things we never would have known just visiting the food market on our own. We tasted a huge variety of foods and learned a little about the chefs behind them. We got a sense of the development of Chelsea and how it is evolving today. I will definitely schedule some of the other food tours next time I'm in NY. | ||||||

| Having taken the Foods of NY Chelsea Market tour several times, I did not hesitate to recommend this tour to seven friends visiting NYC with me from Sarsota, FL. All were equally enthusiastic about the quality of the tour - the food and the information shared re the culture, architecture, history, and entertainment were great. Our guide, Heather, was very knowledgeable and easily heard even on noisy streets (her acting experience came in handy). It's clear that a great deal of research and effort are put into the development of the tour, both the route and the food samplings provided. I look forward to taking the other tour offerings presented by this company . | ||||||
