| Highly recommend this tour. guide was curteous and very knowledgeable. pleasant group. enjoyed it all! Palma is a very special place. And that cookie was the best. went back the next day to buy them and to murray's for the cheese straws. | ||||||

| I went on my own on the Greenwich Village tour and I felt so comfortable and welcomed by our tour guide Marie and the others on the tour. Marie is a worth of knowledge and so passionate about the area her enthusiasm for the local businesses is amazing. I actually went back to Greenwich a number of times while I stayed in New York and the restaurants she recommended were amazing! What you experience and learn on this tour are things you couldn't possibly find on your own if you're not a local. It also is a great foundation to learn to experience the area further. | ||||||

| I was in NYC for only 3 days. This was a highlight of my visit. The places we visited were thoughtfully chosen and the food was excellent. Marie, our tour guide was great! She knew and loved her subject and conveyed it very well. I was pleased to learn the history, architecture and character of the neighborhood as well as being able to try the foods. I was also impressed because she made sure that we were comfortable and had access to needed facilities. Some in the group had been asking for wine and she pointed out where it would be appropriate to purchase it. All in all, it made me fall in love with GV, and next time I'm in NYC I will DEFINITELY do another!!! No question - absolutely well worth the price of admission! | ||||||

| We weren't really sure what to expect as this was our first tour like this. We found the meeting location easily due to great maps and explanations - and it was great it left right on time! Our tour guide, Marie, was fantastic! She was enthusiastic, friendly, and really sought to make this an outstanding experience for everyone in our group! The tastings were fantastic! I would perhaps suggest only 1 pizza place, rather than two, but we feel like we really did explore and taste our way through Greenwich Village! We will definitely be back to some of the locales and restaurants that Marie took us to! We especially enjoyed Bleecker St Pizza, Palma, Roccos, Murray's, and Centro Vineto (sp?). Marie gave a great tour - one that made us interesed in taking others next time we are in NYC! Thanks very much! We felt the experience was great and well worth our time and money! Well done! | ||||||

| I cannot put into words how wonderful all of these Foods of New York tours are! We did the Original Greenwich Village tour a few years ago and followed it up with the Chelsea Market/Meatpacking tour last year. Both were amazing! We did the Central Village/SoHo tour this time and could not have been more pleased! While we still go back to old favs like Joe's Pizza, Rocco's, Milk and Cookies and Faicco's, we added some new stops from this tour to our growing list of "must eats" in the Village - Cuba (we went back for lunch the next day), Bella Vitae, Monte's and Aamchi Pao (fka Indian Bread Co) to name a few! If we lived in NYC, we would be in Raffetos, Joe's Dairy and Pino's on a weekly basis! Thanks again for a fabulous time! I have recommended these tours to anyone I know that is going to NYC! | ||||||

| This was actually my second time to do this tour. I loved it so much that I took a group of friends back with me. The foods were outstanding and the the guide was very informative. Love the village! | ||||||

| My wife and I went on the Chelsea Market / Meat Packing District Tour on Saturday July 11th and we had a great time. Our tour guide Kurt was knowledgeable, energetic and fun. The people at the shops and restaurants we visited were all very nice and accomodating. I was actually surprised at the amount of food we received. I am a big eater and expected to need lunch afterwards but the amount of food they gave us was more than enough. I would recommend this tour for both locals and visitors to New York. | ||||||

| The tour was interesting, our tour guide was funny, had lots of information for us. I liked that he remembered all of our names within minutes. Great job, we'll be back for another tour. The food we tasted was delicious and so much more than we expected. We read on tripadvisor about you guys and are happy that we were part of it. The three hours didn't feel long and it wasn't boring once. Again so much food.... very yummy. | ||||||

| Kurt was our tour guide, and he was lots of fun, and had a wonderful knowledge of the food, the area and the history. The food was delicious and very certainly there was alot of food for the tour to enjoy. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves food, and wants an interesting way to eat, learn about New York and be entertained for three wonderful hours. | ||||||

| Our guide was very knowledgeable, she answered all our questions and we had a lot. She was quick on her feet even though one foot wwas in a walking cast. she took us to terrific places of NY history, places we never knew existed. We loved every part of the tour especially the eating places - a wonderful blend of history and contemporary culture in one afternoon. Before you know it you too will feel like a member of the nieghborhood. This was our second tour with Foods of NY - just terrific. see you on the next one ! | ||||||

| This was the favorite activity on our Girls Getaway to New York. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. We learned about the history of Greenwich Village, walked the interesting neighborhood and sampled some delicious food. It was also a great way to discover some wonderful restaurants which we went back to enjoy for meals during the rest of our stay. Many thanks! | ||||||
