| Barri was delightful. Everything was well-planned. We adhered to the schedule. The food samples were very good and the information conveyed to us by our guide was interesting and relevant. Thoroughly enjoyed by me and by my teen-aged nieces. | ||||||

| The food tour was great! Barri was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the history of the food and the areas we toured, I would highly recommend this for tourists who would like to know a bit more about NYC and its history. The food was great, we were all full by the end of the tour. All in all a great time. | ||||||

| A brilliant 3 hours, full of interest and great food. The guide was informative and enthusiastic. Can't recommend this too highly. You will go away with a determination to revisit Greenwich and Soho, and to try out the restaurants and food shops you sample. You might also get to meet Abdul Zahir Batin, a jazz drummer of legendary status. While we were waiting for the tour to start, he came up to us and offered to sell the CD of his work (we bought two!). Interesting guy, interesting place! | ||||||

| Our guide Sefra was extremely knowledgeable, charming, efficient and organized. I could not have asked for a better guide. Everybody loved her personality. The range of food experiences we shared was amazing, not to mention that we learned so much about the Village and its shops and restaurants. Sefra even recommended the show at the Cherry Lane Theatre and we went later that evening and loved it. We would never have found this event on our own. We were a group of very happy and satisfied tourists, that 's for sure. I have already raved about this tour to several friends who are going to New York in the next few months. Thanks for this remarkable experience! | ||||||

| If you are a true foodie, you will enjoy this tour as much as my daughter and I did. Curt, our guide, was well informed, upbeat, and gave personal service, with attention to detail. The information provided about the venue really helped us to have a feel of the renovation of a former abandonded factory area, along with the interesting beginnings of many of these now well established gourmet shops, bakeries and food purveyors. We were with a group of 16 people, Curt made sure we each were given special attention. I have difficulty walking long distances, and once Curt saw me find a seat near each stop to rest, he made it a priority that he helped me to find that needed place to rest as we proceeded along the way - without making me feel like I had a spotlight on my issues. (Refreshing to find a detail oriented person with so much tact.) I would highly recommend this tour to you and your friends. You will be lucky to have Curt for your future guide. | My girlfriend is from Staten Island and I am from Vancouver, Canada. We also had her brother, another New Yorker, and We all learned a lot. The Village is such a cool neighborhood and the food is fantastic.The variety of tastes and cultures really makes it uniquely New York. Our guide was humorous and made the tour a lot of fun. I wish I had more time to try more of the restaurants she took us to. I will have to go back soon. Thank You very much, Stephan | ||||||

| So happy we decided to go on this tour, was given lots of useful information about the village and its history. I would recommend doing this tour at the start of your break so you can go back to use the restaurants as they are all fab. Tour guide Marie was very good and a real foodie which is good. thank you Tony & Maria Ireland | ||||||

| The Village food tasting tour was a fantastic day trip for my boyfriend and I. We were looking for something fun and different to do together and this was the perfect experience. We walked to various eateries and heard witty facts about the neighborhood along the way. Our tour guide (Zefra, not sure of the spelling) was AMAZING! She was hysterical and extremely knowledgeable. We tasted food from various cultures and all were delicious! It was a wonderful experience and advise those looking for something fun to do to try this tour! | ||||||

| This is the 2nd Foods of New York tour that I have taken. We were shown the local area by a local and fellow food lover. It was a fantastic way to spend a few hours learning about where the locals go for a good meal. Would highly recommend it! | ||||||

| I did the Greenwich tour with my mother, aged 66. We had a great morning, even in the pouring rain. Our guide, Barri, was very knowledgeable, both about the food and restaurants of the area, and the history and architecture of this area of NY. The three hours flew by...and we certainly didn't need lunch afterwards! I would recommend this tour to all ages, and both local and international visitors who want to experience great food, and learn more about this wonderful area. | ||||||
