Michael, our guide, was knowledgeable and engaging and lead a thoroughly enjoyable tour. I loved the wealth of information he gave regarding the history of Greenwich Village and the people who have and do live there. The food was good, too! This walking tour broke the ice between New York and me, letting me experience a sense of Place instead of only a glitzy, huge city. I recommend the tour to my friends, and plan to go on another the next time I'm in New York.

I LOVE NEW YORK , BUT THIS TOUR WAS THE BEST OF THE BEST. I have never had a better tour guide and eaten more food in three hours in my life. My tour guide Michael was someone everyone should know and certainly was someone in the Village that everyone knew. This is not a tasting tour it an eating orgy of some of the best food in the Village.. Also the food was just the icing on the cake of some of the interesting history of Greeenwich Village you would never find in any guide even FROMERs> I WILL BE BACK SOON. Arlene |

The food samples were very delicious. The tour guide (Amy) did an excellent job of telling us about the history of the area and the buildings. This was my second time to go on the tour and it was just as good as the first time. My sister-in-law was very impressed with the tour. It was her first time.
As a result of going on the tour, we decided to go back that night and eat at the Italian restuarant. The food was very good.
If we can get my brother to come to New York City with us next time, we will probably take the tour again so that he can get a good idea of what the area is like. |

For someone who just likes a taste of everything, this is a great tour. I really enjoyed all the different foods we got to sample. Our tour guide was very pleasant and informative. Our kids (ages 10,12,14) weren't too interested in the historical perspective but there were enough diversions to keep them occupied. |

We had a great time. The guide, Bob, was enthusiastic and quite knowledgeable. The samplings were great. This was our first NY Food tour with your company. I would definately take another tour. |

We had so much fun on the Chelsea Market tour! A ton of information about the area and the Market itself, and tasting at wonderful stores. Our guide, Bob, was low key and truly informative- I had no idea the Market could be so much fun, and after the tour we all went back and shopped for home. I have also taken the Greenwich Village tour, and now cannot wait to take the Soho tour. Truly a great day out for any foodie. |

Very enjoyable! We've lived on Long Island all our lives but haven't spent much time downtown NYC. The tour guide, Maria, was very pleasant, interesting and accommodating. She was very informative about the area and architecture, although she appreciated my husband's architectural input. The food was great and gave us a real taste of the area. I would definitely recommend this tour and can't wait to sign up for another one soon. We also now know where to go when in the area for good eats. |

What a great way to spend an afternoon!! Our guide Daryl was wonderful and he really made the tour fun.. The food samples were more than ample for lunch so do not eat before you do the tour. The meatpacking tour was very interesting and informative. What a fun afternoon!!! I would highly recommend this tour. |

This was a great experience - just the right amount of time and filled with great food and interesting information. I had never visited the Chelsea/Meatpacking District before and I learned so much. Chelsea Market was a lot of fun. It was filled with interesting shops. The food was wonderful! Plenty to eat - do not eat lunch before you go! Being alone for this was easy. Everyone was very friendly. The tour guide, Darrell, was fantastic - very funny and open. He went at a great, easy pace and kept us informed the whole way. I am looking forward to taking another tour next time I'm in town and will recommend this experience to everyone. |

When I first arrived at Chelsea Market, I was not impressed. I was not looking forward to a tour of this huge, dark building. Then, Bob, our tour guide, came along and all of that changed. He brought the building to life - and to light - when he began talking about the history of the building and the history of each place we toured. My mom, sister, and I enjoyed the very generous samples that were given each stop on the way. We also enjoyed the tour of the Meatpacking District which led us to a wonderful dinner at Del Posto the following evening. I grew up around food - as did my mom and sister - so this was a wonderful way to experience some of the many flavors of New York! I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting New York. |

Very informative about history and merchandise available at the market. Our guide, Bob was EXCELLENT - he had many details to provide about the place, welcomed questions, and made our tasting activities entertaining. We wanted to go back and get some of the things we tried to take home. We plan to make Chelsea Market a place to go each time that we come to NYC because of this tour. We also plan to try your other tours when we return to NYC. |

All of our group enjoyed the tour, the guide was very knowledgeable (Barri). The food tasting was very welcome and well presented. We did go back to two of the restaurants on the tour, the Cornelia Street Cafe for a drink and Pesca Pasta for a lovely meal.
A good 3 hours spent |

We enjoyed this food and cultural tour. However, we were disappointed that 2 of the 8 food tastings were of pizza. And, we were disappointed that a tasting from an Asian resturant was fried mushrooms, not very indigenous and not very good. Hence, we thought the food tasting could have been better. Nevertheless, we tried rice balls and cannolis on the tour that were delicious. We also received great recommendations of other restaurants in Greenwich Village that we tried that day and the following day, which were fantastic! |
