| The Chelsea Market tour was a great combination of food and the stories of the past, present, and future of the market and the MP district. Cindy, the guide was fantastic. | ||||||

| The tour was great and our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. The tastings were delicious and abundant. Everything was better than I had imagined it would be. I would like to do this tour again, in the spring, with my husband. I would highly recommend this tour to locals as well as tourists. | ||||||

| Really rather boring. 4 of our 12 wandered off 1/3 of the way into tour. Not much territory covered, More standing than walking. Nothing you wouldn't find just walking mainly down Bleecker St. Guide Susan needs to consider other career opportunities. Not "gourmet" food. Good for clueless types only. | ||||||

| You can walk through Chelsea Market Place and miss some of the MOST important points of interest if you are not on this "somewhat exclusive" tour. Samplings of food and beverages are delightful as is the historical information offered forth by a guide who is energetic and entertaining, as well as informative and intelligent. The meat packing district has quite a bit of history that one would most likely not be privy to if not on this tour. One of the best offerings in the city. We also loved and highly recommend the Greenwich Village food and historical tour. | ||||||

| Our tour group was a mixture of ages (mostly women) and the tour appealed to all. The foods sampled were varied and plentiful. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to taste a sampling from the West Village and Greenwich areas and to have the rich history and culture explained in the process. New York is so much more than just Midtown Manhattan and this tour provided an opportunity to explore the richness and depth of an area filled with history and charm. One of my favorites on our tour! The only criticism that came from my group was that perhaps there could have been more opportunities to sit while listening to the tour guide - standing got a bit long for some. They all said that they would definitely recommend this tour! | ||||||

| Overall a fantastic experience. I lived in New York a number of years but learned quite a bit from the tour. Food was very good. Guide (Mahalo Cindy!) was outstanding in every way; she made the tour! My girlfriend and I had a blast. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family as well as take the tour again with them and/or the Chelsea/meatpacking district one. | ||||||

| We attended this activity on the recommendation of friends of our great nephew - all who live in NYC. We were on our first time trip to NYC. Our great nephew attended with us as he had never been on the tour before. Our guide was outgoing, enthusiastic and gave us a good overview of the area and much interesting historical information. The food was delicious and a nice variety. The time frame was just right. . It was long enough to be enjoyable without feeling rushed and not too long to be exhausting. --- a great way to experience Greenwich Village. | ||||||

| We very much enjoyed this tour. Our guide was very well informed on all the material she presented to us. We got a lot more than we bargained for in this tour and the food was great. Will be recommending this to others!! | ||||||

| The tour was a little long but definitley worth our while! We ate some amazing food and got great ideas as where to book a great dinner reservation! (which we did and the food was amazing!!!) If you like food, good laughs, and a little exersice, this tour is for you! We took this tour on an extremely hot NYC day and our tour guide gave us bottles and water from the beginning and let us stop to buy more or go to the restrooms whenever anyone needed to! It was a great way to see the Village! | ||||||

| While I am a native New Yorker, there was much learned after having taken this tour. I think a lot has to do with the luck you have with your particular guide. Mine was very pleasant and definitely had more than just a working knowledge of the environment. I thought that the places we were taken were representative of the area and the many changes that seem to be taking place there. I enjoyed the different samples of food and could definitely see myself becoming a patron of some of those establishments. I also liked the walk outside where the guide pointed out some of the pricey stores that are coming into the area. I think this tour is a worthwhile experience for either a native or a tourist. Relating the information about the High Lline to the special section in the Sunday New York Times was a thoughtful touch. | ||||||

| We went on both the Greenwich Village and the Chelsea Markets food tours a couple of days apart, and thoroughly enjoyed both. The guides were informed and entertaining, the food was just right, and the groups were friendly. The tours made a nice break from the usual round of tourist activities. A big bonus was the information on local restaurants -- we revisited two or three in the week after the tours. We would thoroughly recommend either of these tours to anyone with any interest in food! | ||||||

| Had hoped it to be more food tasting. It was a very interesting info about the village, but more cultural info than food info. | ||||||
