| Our tour guide was enthusiastic, friendly, and accomodating. Along with taking us from eatery to shop, she pointed out some historical sites in Greenwich Village - she took our group along a street where the making of the film version of "Doubt" is now under way. She was even kind to just have our group swing by places (restaurants, for example) along our route that were not included as a tour stop. The only thing I would change is to offer more diverse food options: we had two servings of pizza, a serving of Thai food, cookies from a bakery, cheese and olives from Murray's Cheese Shop, cold cut slices from a long-time Italian butcher shop and olive oil from OOCO (not sure if I have the name right.). It's nice that I received a pamphlet of suggested eateries/restaurants that I would not have known of. | ||||||

| We had a wonderful tour guide and nice weather. Amy, our guide, has a very pleasant personality and she had a good base of knowledge about the Village, food, restaurants, shops, and history. We plan to come back and do the tour again with our children. | ||||||

| We had a great time even though it rained on and off. The guide was knowledgable and the food was good. Will definitely do another walk/food tour next time we get to NYC. | ||||||

| We were there at 11:30 on December 24 with our grown children. I don't recall our guide's name, but he had lived in the area forever and gave a great history talk without being boring. He really helped us understand the Greenwich Village area. The food tastings were fun and excellent, and we went back to several places later in the day. The O&Co. shop shipped our olive oil, etc. (received quickly and in perfect condition), and we bought things at a couple of other places as well. We will come back to these places (our kids live in Manhattan) and we will recommend your tour to anyone who will listen! Thanks for a great three hours! | ||||||

| We had a wonderful tour led by Barri. She wove a lovely story as we moved from pizza place... to food shop... to restaurant. Our appreciate of Greenwich Village and it's food increased as the tour continued. A fun way to learn about the village and NY food history, while enjoying tasty treats along the way | ||||||

| We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. I was especially pleased that the tour guide started exactly on time, latecomers had to find us we didn't have to wait on them. The only thing i would change is the tipping policy. Can't you pay your folks what you need to and charge it in the ticket price or make it clear that tips are expected and not included in the ticket price? | ||||||

| I am a travel agent from Dallas and have done many tours all over the world. The Food tour of Greenwich Village was absolutely the best and most fun ever. The tour was late starting, but Cindy's humor and enthusiasm made up for the delay. I loved the quality of the establishments that we visited. This tour is top notch. I will now be recommending this tour to every client that I send to NYC. Any way that I can get commission? Your company is on the right track with the way they organize the business. The hand out is superior as is the attitude. Bravo to all of you. Karen Whiteside Travel Consultant | ||||||

| The tour was well-worth the $40.00 spent for the ticket. Even though it did rain the entire time we were touring, we were able to get in and out of the eating establishments in a timely manner. We were served foods such as cheese, bread, pizza, sausage, olive oil, and delicious bakery items. We had enough food to take the place of a light lunch. We met people from all over the United States and Canada. The group was very compatible and the guide, who was very friendly and helpful, knew more about the area since she lived in Greenwich Village. After the tour was over, we stayed in The Village for another two hours to visit some of the shops that we didn't have time to see on the tour. Would we do this again? Most definitely! We will probably come back next year when we make our annual trip to New York. | ||||||
