| We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Village with Zora. The mix of historic, cultural and menu information was just what we were looking for. We visited a recommended restaurant a couple of days after the tour and were very happy with our experience there. We would recommend this tour to any of our foodie friends! | ||||||

| I did four tours this week. What I liked about this one was that it had little walking. I plan to take my parents on this tour in the future. This is something you should market. A lot of older people can not do walking tours because two hours of walking is to much. On this tour you could walk, sit, go the the washroom and enjoy a unique part of the city. As a local I really enjoyed the tour. I found some new spots I would like to go to and some places I will take guests. | ||||||

| With Kurt our funny tourguide who knows the meatpackers district very well and who is making this tour very interesting, we defnitly can recommend to book this tour. You will get to know some nice places to go and to shop. Food is all over the place and you will get a good taste of everything. As it was a very cold weather we were lucky not being outside a long time. Have fun with Kurt. All the best from Germany Volker, Joanna, Annette and Dina | ||||||

| The tour was a lot of fun! Our guide was full of energy and very knowledgable. A lot of food was provided on the tour, so you probably shouldn't eat beforehand! Can't wait to try another! | ||||||

| We had a lot of fun, ate delicious food and learned a lot along the way. Even though we live about 40 minutes north of the City and go in often, this was a great way to gain a greater depth of knowledge about an area -- the stores, the restaurants, the history. Our tour guide was great and helped make the day a lot of fun. I would defnitely recommend this tour and we all decided we would like to take another one to explore another neighborhood! | ||||||

| Michael was our guide. If you don't already see Greenwich Village as a community with a rich history, you won't remain that way for long. We enjoyed the insider view of Palma, Chumley's stories, and many other interesting anecdotes that Michael had to offer about the neighborhood he truly loves. Most stops were worthwhile, many were fun delicious and/or intriguing. Food was good (dieters need not apply). We have two teenage sons and my husband works downtown. We live in the NJ suburbs but love NYC. This was a nice departure from a museum and a great way to spend time in the Village with our sons who aren't of legal drinking age (which precludes alot of the fun stuff with them.) We felt fortunate to have Michael as our guide. We really appreciate the handout of great places to find delicious good food- we will definitely refer to it when making plans in the future. Thank you for a memorable outing. | ||||||

| We were in the Saturday 11:00am tour with Marie as our guide. I grew up in the burbs and spent a lot of my childhood in The City but never thought walking around the Village with a tour group could be so much fun. Marie is a great wit and was full of fun facts and tidbits about the neighborhood on topics from architecture to historical lore to literary references to, of course, food. The tastings were great and well timed and the portions were just enough to get a nice sample of the range of ethnic food in the Village. Overall, my wife and I are highly satisfied and will plan on another FoodTour activity in the future. Rob & Nancy Vlosky Pittsford, NY | ||||||

| It was great to get the history of the area and the people who make the food. The guide,Berry. was great and had a ture knowledge and love of the area .She relayed how the neighberhood worked together to create an enviroemnt where you would like to live and keep values of the past. Teenagers would not like this tour as much as adults would. | ||||||

| We took this tour after reading about it in the Sunday NY Times. We enjoyed the tasting as well as the information we got about the neighborhood and its buildings, restaurants, and inhabitants. The pamphlet we got is a valuable resource giving information about the stores and restaurants in the area (along with a map.) The only thing we weren't thrilled with was the fact that 2 of the people on the tour were from a new website about NYC--they had a camera and were constantly holding us up as they were introduced to store owners who they often interviewed or stopped to make plans to interview later. Later on, one camera person left and two more arrived. One of whom smoked the whole time, blowing smoke in our faces as we tasted. We finally asked Cindy to ask him not to smoke (considering that he hadn't paid to be on the tour) Would have enjoyed it more without this group. Cindy was fun, easy to talk to and made the tour enjoyable. Will definitely head back to some of the restaurants and shops. | ||||||

| The Greenwich Village Food Tasting and Cultural Tour was great -- I'd had it recommended to me from a friend and would love to go again (hopefully soon...) The food tastings were excellent value, and the tour guide really made an effort to show us around the Village with enthusiasm and a sense of neighbourhood history. Wholeheartedly recommend it -- and plan to go again! | ||||||

| We loved Rahim! He made the tour so interesting and fun. he's knowledgeable and energetic. This tour is exactly what we were searching for. Good food from fun Mom and Pop shops, some history, fun funky facts about the area. We felt a little imtimidated in the area and by the time we finished, we felt comfortable and well oriented to the area. Thanks rahim-your new friends from Texas. 10/9/08 tour Bill Adams Valerie Adams Candy Timmons | ||||||

| I thought we spent too much time at Chelsea Market, but that may be because there are not a lot of restaurants in the area. Curt was wonderful. He's entertaining, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. | ||||||
