I highly recommend this activity for anyone visiting New York. I have been to NY several times before, but never made it to GV before. I will now put it on my list as a must when I return. Our guide, Cindy, was great. I learned a lot and was fed a lot. Yum. Yum. |

I've never been fond of Chinese food but that's because I hadn't tasted REAL Chinese food. On this tour, I enjoyed each taste--or dish-let--at each stop we made. Our guide, Raheem, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and conducted the tour even in the bitter, windy, cold. We all went away quite happy! |

Our tour was packed full of neat factual info about both the foods and the neighborhoods. Our guide kept us moving quickly and eating expeditiously. He was tremendous, even in the rain shower ! |

I just loved the tour of Greenwich village. Our guide brought the place to life. She gave us a brilliant potted history of not only Greenwhich but placed it in the bigger context of the development of New York. The food stops were marvellous. The staff welcomed us all and seemed delighted to share their specialities. There was no pressure put on us to buy which was gratifying.
Delighted!!!

Between the wonderful weather, wonderful tour guide and wonderful food stops, this was the one of the best high lights of our 4 day weekend. no need to eat before or after-plenty of fabulous food to be had. really enjoyed the historic info as well. |

Thought that there could have been more of the foods than the culture and history. we did your Chelsea tour a month prior and thought that was better, great! I think less places with more of a focus. Although we had a great time! |

My friend and I went on the Chelsea Market Food Tour, and had a blast! The food was delicious, we got to experience the entire market, and we learned a lot about NYC history. We were especially happy for the opportunity to walk around the near by neighborhoods and the High Line. By the end of the tour we were stuffed! The tour was well worth the money. |

Our tour guide was very enthusastic and we had a wonderful time. We are a group of friends, who get together once a month to do something special, and we cannot wait until next year to book another food tour. Thank you for a great experience! |

It was a lovely way to meet people in a small group (15 or so), to stroll the quaint and charming streets learning about the history, the architecture and the famous members of the Beat Generation who inhabited Greenwich Village, and to taste the delicious foods available in the neighbourhood. The list of excellent, affordable restaurants will be of great help the next time I visit N.Y. It was also helpful to know about the affordable off-off-Broadway shows performed there. In all, a lovely way to spend three hours. |

First of all, I wanted to say we visited a total of 8 places while in the ad you only listed 6. I would suggest to change the ad. Secondly, nearly 1.5 hours walking did kill your feet. We had food in the first 45 mins in 3 places and last 45 mins in 4. I would suggest to make a slightly adjustment for the walking route. Since we left around lunch hour, so it's better we can have more food before we head to a 1.5 hours walking tour.
Overall, our tour guide Dianna is a very pleasant person. As for the food, the first sandwish in Focacceria Italian Eatery was not too impressive. Masala Times (Indian Street Food) made me feel happy and look forward for our next taste. Unfortunately the noodle in the Monte's Homestyle Italian Restaurant disappointed me again. It's a shame althought this restaurant might have a wonderful history but If they can't showcase their food well, visitors will not go back. I like the atmosphere of Cuba Restaurant. Their food was not bad I liked the yuka especially. But again, did those food really showcast Cuban culture? I really don't think so. We also need more time so we could finish the drink we ordered here. The smoke mozzarella and sundried tomata in Joe's Dairy/Cheese Shop was memorable. Although we didn't get a change to get inside. Chocolate pear tart in Once Upon a Tart Bakery/Cafe was just okay. So overall, food experience I will only give a 3.5, considering the money we spent was mainly for that. However the highlight for the day were the sandwich in Masala Times and smoke mozzarella/sundried tomato in Joe's Dairy/Cheese Shop, I will give them both a 5. To rate this food and cultural tour, I will give it a 4. Lastly, I also wanted to add the after tour survey was a great tool. It will help those restautants to change their menus so they can grow their business better...... |

We loved our Greenwich food tour with Sephra. She was so knowledgable about the culinary arts, the neighborhood and made the tour so much more enjoyable. The selection of food was great and so filling. I couldn't believe how much food we ate in a few hours. The walk was reasonable with lots of stops to rest and/or go to the restroom. Perfect tour! |

We really enjoyed our guide,Sam-he was funny and made us all feel comfortable-the food was just so-so with the exception of the lobster bisque-which was fabulous- also we started wiht a cookie -not a good idea-the biscuits were awful-cold and the jam was like from t he supermarket- a hot roll with some fancy butter would be a better option |
