The tour guide had extensive knowledge of the area and was obviously passionate about the subject. The tour was far better than we could ever have imagined. We would recommend this to anyone and are in fact already doing so for friends travelling to New York over the next few months. |

The 3 hour tour had a great combination of learning about the culture and the variety of food available in the area. A fair amount of walking was done and a good portion of the tour was outside, so dress carefully for whatever weather is predicted for that day. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in Greenwich Village area and wants to see what is offered there. |

My wife and I were pleased to hear about the history of the Chelsea Market, (the old Nabisco plant). Our tour guide was very energetic and new all the information there is to know about the community. Very interesting architecture in the building and its surroundings.
The food samples were tasty (but didn't fill you up), and they can accomodate you when you sign up for the tour. My suggestion is to ask for a goody bag for the dessert and eat it later.
There are some famous bakers', chefs' and other famous people that have businesses there. You just never know who will get to see. |

We travel to NYC about twice a year and had never done a tour like this before. Was even better than we had imagined.
Lots of great food and interesting insights. As well as a historical look at New York City's Meat Packing neighborhood.
Our tour guide, Darryl, went above and beyond the usual tour. (We enjoyed surveying the windows of the Strand Hotel.)
Would recommend a tour like this to virtually any foodie, or person interested in New York history. |

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our walking / food tour. It was a lot more fun than the alternative 'shop until you drop' New York cultural activity. Our guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The area's history is very interesting a great way to wet your appetite for an unaccompanied return visit to the area. |

The Chelsea Meatpacking Tour was amazing! Diana was so informative and full of euthusiasm! We are chefs from Oklahoma and were expecting the tour to be good but wow were we impressed! It was better than good and the best experience we had in our visit to NYC. We will highly recommend your tours to others and will be back on another one in our future visits to NYC. Thank you again and thanks to Diane for such a wonderful experience and tour! She is a value to your team! Thanks again....

Diana was a pleasant and knowledgeable guide.
The food and diversity of this tour was enjoyable.
I felt the quantity of food on this tour was less than that of the Greenwich Villian tour.
Liked that we visited The High Line. I have visited it before. I think we should have walked in the direction of the picture window that affords views down 10th avenue. It is an impressive feature that should not be missed, expecially if you are right nearby.
Overall I was satisfied with the quality of the tour. |

Had a great time on the tour - was informative but not over the top, food was great, and allowed you to see places/restaurants that you would otherwise not have noticed. Thoroughly recommend this tour as an alternative to the usual tourist attractions. |

What a pity we did this tour so close to the end of our stay in NY.
Saw a lot of places we wanted to stay longer than 10 mins. and had only time left to visit one good restaurant.
Our tourleader was a walking NY-database and brought her info with lots of enthusiasm.
It was fun, well organised and very tasty. The three hours flew by.
Only did not understand the visit to afrodisium, could have skipped that one for me.
Highly recommended. Looking forward to our next visit to NY to do the Chelsea Market / Meatpacking tour. |
