| I'm a foodie, so my favorite part of travel (which is oftern for work) is dining out and experiencing new resteraunts and dishes. In addition to the being introduced to great places to eat this tour offers an interesting history of the area. When you book the tour, they ask about any dietary restrictions (which I have) and they made special arrangements for me to sample a substitute food on stops where it was an issue. I really appreciated that! I think this tour seemed very intimate due to its size and its obviously great relationship with the resteraunteurs in the area. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great NY experience. I will book another tour when I visit the area gain. | ||||||

| The tour guide included stops at famous nyc buildings seen on tv as well as stories about the history of the area. I learned a lot more about the Village than I ever expected, in addition to sampling foods from some of the most unique and tasty shops New York City has to offer! | ||||||

| Our guide, Raheen (sp?) was extremely knowlegeable about the neighborhood and the food. The best way to be introduced to an area. We learned so much more than about restaurants and food--history, culture, people. Be prepared to do a bit of walking, a good 3 hours plus. We went back to at least 3 places we visited. | ||||||

| We had the best time! In general, I am a big fan of walking tours, which is why this appealed to me. However, I had never been on a food tour before and that aspect was such a treat! Our tour guide was very lively, knowledgeable, and organized. You could tell she was very familiar with the area and knew everyone we came across. | ||||||

| This is the second time I've been on the Greenwich Village tour, and it did not disappoint! It is a great way to get to know the history and (literally) the flavor of a great neighborhood in NYC! I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in history, architecture and eating! Bravo on a job well done! | ||||||

| We had a great time on this tour. Sam, our tour guide, was excellent. He provided so much information about the building, the vendors and the neighborhood. All the food we tried, and we tried a lot, was fantastic. We all can't wait to go back. | ||||||

| Our guide, Sam, was excellent. He was very well informed, well spoken, and provided a lot of laughs along the way. Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed the tour, and are planning to do a different one in the Fall. Hopefully, we can request Sam to be our guide. | ||||||

| This walking tour was one of the highlights of our vacation. The tour guide was friendly, fun, and informative, the food was phenomenal, filling, and interesting, and the sights provided an insiders view of the village. In addition to the tour, we were given many recommendations of great restaurants to try and night spots to visit, so this is a great tour for the beginning of a New York vacation. Our friends who had visited New York dozens of times enjoyed the tour as much as the first timers. | ||||||

| I purchased tickets to this "event" as a birthday gift for my husband, and we had more fun doing this than anything we've ever done while visiting Manhattan! Thanks for a great time! The actors were very professional and fun to interact with, the walking was terrific exercise, the food and drinks were great, and the other people we met in our group were a lot of fun too! We have recommended this to everyone we know who's going to be spending any time in Manhattan! Thanks for an amazing evening! | ||||||

| The tour guide was the best. Very personable and knowledgable. We enjoyed all the different foods we sampled while on the tour. The ambiance of the village was breathtaking. We loved all the history that the village has held throughout the years. My husband and I stayed for dinner at Palma's resturant, which was featured on the tour. The evening was lovely and being able to sit outside in the resturants garden setting made the evening even more special. We have been to New York many times, but this was the highlight of our trip this spring. Terri and Dave | ||||||

| We learned a lot on the tour and were given plenty to eat. Sam was an excellent tour guide and we will try one of the other Zerve tours next time we are in NY. Highly recommend. | ||||||

| The tour guide was great and the food was even better. It's worth while to go on these tours because you get to know more of the area than just going through it yourself. It's a three hours well spent. I think it's even better than the more touristy places like times square. There were a lot of family owned restaurants that serve a lot of good quality food. I would recommend this to anyone who loves to eat and who loves to explore new places. | ||||||

| My friend and I really enjoyed the tour - we will be back with husbands next time - and a cooler so that we can shop at all the great places on the tour! The foods were outrageous: the yogurt was out of this world, the halvah (my favorite when I was younger) was unbelievable, the gnocchi was absolutely wonderful, the peanut butter sandwich with chicken and pineapple was fantastic, the smoked mozzarella, the black pepper sausage, the potato tart, the indian bread, etc., etc., etc!!! There was not one food that we didn't enjoy! We could not have asked for a better guide either - Raheem really knows his stuff. Very personable - I hope to have him as our guide again next time. | ||||||
