| The tour guide was excellent--engaging, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I took two of my out-of-town family members and we all loved it. I have lived in New York for 2 years and am a certifiable foodie and I still learned a ton and discovered some great places to eat! Highly recommended. | ||||||

| This was the first time I had ever taken part in a food and walking tour of Chelsea Market and the Meatpacking District, and I enjoyed it very much. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I found my group to be friendly as well. I loved sampling all of the foods offered. I even went back to the Market to buy a few things once the tour had officially ended. I intend on taking part in the other food/walking tours offered, such as the Greenwich Village tour. | ||||||

| Loved the tour. The best was our guide, Kurt. He really made the tour. He was funny and seemed to have alot of info. He also seemed to love what he was doing. Would definitely recommend this to people. | ||||||

| I toured Chelsea Market on Saturday, June 3, 2006. The guide was funny, informed and a pleasure to spend time with. He kept us on schedule but also allowed us roaming time. As for the market itself, it's beyond words. I loved every tasting and felt welcomed along the way. I would highly recommend this tour to locals & tourists who love good food. | ||||||

| I believe Cindy was our guide. She is a wealth of knowledge - not just about the restaurants we toured and tasted, but also about the area, the people, the architecture and the businesses. I really enjoyed the tour. All the samples more than made up a meal. I did return to do some light shopping and snacking later. I will recommend it to friends for sure. Probably the most unique part of the tour was the salt tasting. I never gave it much thought before. I myself would have prefered more chocolate to the salt, but it was still very informative. | ||||||

| We had a great time with our tour guide Kurt (Curt). You could instantly tell he knew his "business". Not only that, he had a great rapport with all the vendors that they welcomed us with open arms. Towards the end of our tour (the walking part of the Meat packing district) it started to rain buckets. We stopped at an Italian restaurant that was on our tour and the manager offered all our group (16) free soda and/or coffee and also set out a delicious side of deep fried zucchini!!!! All on the house. I am sure it is because of how our guide treated the businesses. He was just great with our group and so humorous. As a matter of fact, as we were walking through the Chelsea Market, a couple asked me what kind of tour I was on. I gave them the information and told them it was great! Thanks so much and I will recommend this tour and your Greenwich Village Tour (I was on that tour several years ago and had a great time) to anyone I know who wants to get the "inside" info on both these areas of NYC. | ||||||

| Our leader, Kurt, was well informed, organized, and had a good, spontaneous sense of humor. The food was plentiful, and for the most part, delicious. i never knew there were so many kinds of salt. Our walk through the meatpacking district was informative and well presented, especially, the biker's bar. My friend and I had a wonderful time, and are looking forward to the Greenwich Village tour. | ||||||

The foods were all good, and the social history of the area was really enlightening. We would recommend this tour to anyone we know who visits New York.
