The guide was amazig - dynamic, articulate, and informative. The coordination of the tour was impeccable - food always appeared exactly when we showed up, and HOT. The restaurant selection was great. Impressed! |

This is the perfect way to discover one of Manhattan's neighbourhoods! You'll meet new people, you'll be guided by a local and you'll get to taste different food from restaurants and shops in the area. And, you'll get some good insider tips on the way. I have recommended these tours to all of my friends. Big thanks to Sephrah, our guide in Greenwich village! |

I enjoyed this food tour in the fall of 2010 so much I booked the tour again when I was in NY October 13, 2011. I enjoy the tour of Greenwich Village restaurants, foods, and architecture. And, of course, our tour guide, Sephra, made it extra special. |

Very enjoyable and informative. Our guide, Sephora (sp), made us feel like locals. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the area made the tour that much more fun. We got an very good feel for the area. We had taken the Chelsa Market tour previously. While the food on the Greenwich tour was not quite as good it was made up for by the additional historical information and different views that this tour provided. |

The food was excellent. A nice sampling of many different things. Our tour guide Bob was very informative and had the perfect personality for this type of tour. Liked the smaller group size (14). My only suggestion would be to serve regular milk vs. chocolate after sampling Eleni's fabulous and very rich cupcake. |

A great way to spend 3 hours sampling a variety of foods from local restaurants and speciality shops. Not only do you sample delicious food but you are given an informative insight into the history and culture of the area. Our guide Saphyra soon commanded full attention from the group with her amusing and interesting delivery. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. |

This was a wonderful way to see a part of the city that I didn't know and find places that I wanted to return later. The guide was nice and very knowledgeable. The food samples were much larger than we had expected, covered a very wide range of tastes, and for the most part were delicious. I mentioned a food sensitivity in our booking form and they arranged a delicious substitute just for me at one stop. I really look forward to taking more tours when I return to NYC |

I have been on two tours previously and enjoyed them all. This one was, perhaps, of less interest, both in the area of the city and the tastings involved. Oddly enough, the tasting began with a cupcake - admittedly very good - and ended with a pasta tasting. The opposite order may have made more sense. In general, the tastings were fewer in number (it seems to me) and less interesting. The addition of visiting the high line park was a bonus. All of the tours were a good value, and the guides were knowledgeable and pleasant. All in all, I would book another tour with this company when in the area. |

My wife and I really enjoyed this tour. You can go to Chelsea Market and wander around on your own but this tour is so much more fun. You get a lot of history and the ability to sample food from so many places is great. You will also see the Highline and some of the surrounding area in the Meatpacking district. I wouldn't recommend this if you have kids though because they would probably get bored. However I felt I got my money's worth and then some. |

Barry did an excellent job of taking our group through Chelsea/Meat packing area. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the area and the way the tour was conducted. We certainly saw alot and had some great food.
We would not have known about this area, had we not taken this tour. It is our second in New York, and 5th in different cities. We will be taking more the next time we are in town. |

Our guide was extremely informative and entertaining. All of the food we sampled was excellent and there was plenty of it. We learned about the cultures and the history of Greenwich Village. The time went by so fast; it did not feel like 3 hours! Would recommend anyone visiting NYC to take this tour as they won't be disappointed. |

Our guide - Kurt - was fantastic: personable, very funny, and highly knowledgeable. Learned all our names, and played us all in individually during the tour. The tour covers elements of the geography and history of the village, and visits various places for something to eat - all of which were excellent. The whole experience was brilliant, and represented a top highlight of our trip to New York. We had learned of it from a friend who was an experienced NY visitor - maybe it could be publicised more widely. |
