| We found details of this walking tour: 'Greenwich Village Food Tasting and Cultural Tour,' on the Internet ,and booked a few weeks in advance. I'm so glad we did. It was one of the highlights of our holiday. Our guide Kirt, was very entertaining and knowledgable of the area and took us into places we would not otherwise have seen, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended. When I return to New York I will certainly book another walking tour with this company. | ||||||

| My husband and I really enjoyed the 3-hour food and culture tour throughout The Village. I told all my friends about it -those in Brooklyn and back home in Charlotte. It was the best tour we have ever taken in NYC. I am originally from Brooklyn and never had the opportunity to see The Village in this respect. The food was wonderful and the places we toured were quaint and historic. I would recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore NYC by foot. It gave me a different perspective. On our next visit we will definitely "hang out" in that part of The Village and sit down and eat at the various restaurants on the tour. We bought olive oil from O&Co which arrived very quickly. We used it on our foods and it definitely enhanced the entire dish. Now we know what true olive oil taste like. Our tour guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area. She was great! Thanks again. | ||||||

| i enjoyed this tour completely. the amount of food was surprisingly filling and it also all tasted sooo good. the tour gives you insight into life in the village in the past and in the present which i thought was very interesting. you learn about great places to eat during your next visit into the city. a great date for any couple! | ||||||

| This was our 14th trip to NYC and we've never done a tour of the Village so this was something we really wanted to do. Our expectations were met and exceeded as we explored the neighborhood with Ed, our friendly and informative guide. We sampled so much food I actually had to turn down food at one of the stops! I thought we'd be getting little samples but the portions were very generous. We were introduced to so many places we would like to return to -- and we never would have known about them without going on this tour. Thank you Ed for sharing the history of the neighborhood, which was very interesting. On a side note, we wondered if our ages would slow us down behind the group a bit but we moved along at a very comfortable pace and there were bathroom stops all along the way. | We really enjoyed the guided tour of Greenwich village. Our tour guide was friendly, enthusiastic and full of New York charm. It was fascinating to hear all about the area, to visit a wide range of food shops and restaurants and to look behind the scenes which we would not otherwise have been able to do, and to have snippets about the history and architecture of the area. We were able to revisit the area and the places visited and find some great places to eat in our own time. We would definately do another of the tours. This is not to be missed! | ||||||

| This was my first time to New York and our son said we MUST do an eating tour of Greenwich. Amazing how these kids grow up and become so smart! We toured with Barry and she was delightful. Very concerned about making sure we all could hear, all had enough to eat and all knew more about Greenwich than when we began. It was wonderful and we would recommend it to everyone! | ||||||

| We were a group of 4 and are glad we took the tour. Now when we return to the area, we wil have a general idea of where to go as many of the business signs do not jump right out at you. We loved the taste testing. The food was great! | ||||||

| It was perfect weather, tour guide was very nice, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant. We are locals and had a great time, it was well managed and shops treated us well and friendly manner. We are thinking of taking the Chelsea Market tour. Had plenty to eat and enough seating breaks and bathroom breaks. Meeting place for good too. Thanks for a great job. | ||||||

| One of the best things we've ever done in NYC, and we've been many times. Great overview of Greenwich Village, and fantastic food. We are not generally the "tour group" type, but we loved every minute of it. | ||||||

| I booked this tour as a surprise for my husband's birthday...wow was he shocked and thrilled. Our group had 10 people and our guide, Sam was interesting, funny and knowledgeable about the area. We all loved sampling the different foods and were stuffed when we left. We all agree that we can't wait to go on another one of your tours soon.Keep up the great work! | ||||||

| Having taken the amazing Greenwich Village tour previously, it was inevitable that this slightly different-flavored tour would never quite live up to it. It was interesting to learn bits about the Chelsea neighborhood revitalization and our tour guide, Sam, was absolutely outstanding—engaging, chock full of information and went out of his way to learn our names—but I suppose my one hope was for a little bit more history and maybe a little more logic to the food courses (not starting with cookies at noon, for example). Not to complain, however...the tour was a great time. | ||||||

| Kurt entertained, educated, and enlightened the group. He was my tour leader for the second time, to my delight, and my guests were as thrilled with him as I was. The tour itself is interesting and delicious. We greatly enjoyed tasting our way through Chelsea Market, getting to see the gorgeous restaurants, and making our way around the Chelsea meatpacking district - we even shopped afterward, and went back to the Gansevoort Hotel for drinks. Five stars to this tour and especially to Kurt! | ||||||

| Last October I took the Chelsea Market/Meatpacking Tour and it was very fun entertaining, & historically educational. Last weekend I took the Greenwich Village Food & Cultural tour. Another winner. Our guide, Michael Karp...having lived in the Village for many years, provided insight that was priceless...not to mention he probably could get side work in any comedy club. Highly recommended! | ||||||
