All in all I had fun and the tour was interesting. The guide went through the history of each of the restaurants visited, etc. It was a very hot day and unfortunately out of the 6 places we stopped @, only 2 provided ice cold water (the other places only provided the sampling and nothing to drink). The guide did however give us a bottle of water @ the start of the tour, but I think that in the future perhaps there can be a mid way stop so that drinking water (cold) can be provided due to hot weather conditions. There was someone in my party who has allergies and the guide did make a comment out loud about it which I though was unprofessional. Nobody else in the tour needed to know what my partner's allergy was. I thought that by entering a comment re: allergies when I booked the tour would suffice. |

This was a last minute activity recommended by a friend. My daughter and I celebrated a trip to New York as her high school graduation trip. This food tour was a highlight of our trip (words from an 18 year old) and we will definitely refer this experience to others. Heather was our tour guide, and she was magnificent! A pleasure to listen to, and her personalization of each person's needs on the tour was amazing, not to mention her enthusiasm and knowledge of the tour. Thank you for a wonderful New York experience...we fell in love with Greenwich Village. |

Darrell our guide was fantastic. He was energetic, enthusiastic, comical and highly informative. The pace of the tour is quick, with just the right amount of time at each spot. The tour gave you a "flavor" of the chelsea market and area and gave you enough info and knowledge to come back again on your own to explore the nieghborhood in depth. I love knowing the history of nieghborhoods and we heard a great deal of it...including the "naughty bits"
Of course we had beautiful weather, and the group was compatible with each other. I wouldimagine that in the winter it may be tough with colder weather. |

The tour was very nice and worth the money. 3 hours went by fast as the tour guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The amount of food you were able to enjoy at each stop was larger than on previous tours I have attended. Thumbs up! |

We had a fantastic tour guide (couldn't get any better) for this lovely tour of Chelsea market and Meatpacking district. He was very knowledgeable of the building / area / and location. We sampled some good food and got great history on the tour. This was my fathers day present to my dad - I took him and my mom -and they both loved it. We would do another tour again. |

This was our second food tour with Zerve. We had as much fun this time as we did on our first tour. Our guide, Bob, was very knowledgable and delightful and was able to answer any questions asked. The food and vendors were equally as pleasant. All in all it was a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon and to celebrate a birthday. |

We were a group of 6 friends from NJ. This tour was recommended to me by a business associate who raved about it so we decided to take it. Right from the start, our tour guide Bert welcomed us with his friendly personality and humor. I have to say he "made" the tour fun & interesting! HIs knowledge base was tremendous regarding the area, the history, and the food. Amazing. We would absolutely take more tours and try to request him as our guide. The food tastings were different and delicious, the walking was at a very relaxed pace, and the small tour group size made it very personal and interactive. I speak for all the members of our group when I say we totally enjoyed it. Each of us wanted to share our praise of Bert, but this one group review will have to speak for all of us. We highly recommend this tour. |

First, our guide was incredible. Very knowledgable and very personable. I really think he made the tour such a success. Great tour, loved the restaurants, and area. Would do this again and definitely recommend to others. I'd love to go back and do another tour and of course, get to all the great places we visited. My favorite area of NYC. |

Susan was an excellent guide, but the stretch of walking through the Washington Square park was long and slow. Also this tour seems to focus more on the food and less on the history than the Chelsea/Meatpacking tour, which has been our favorite of all the food walking tours we've done in the past five years. |

This is our second tour, my husband and I took the Original Greenwich Village last May. This time we included 8 additional family members (18 to 65) and we had a great time. The quality, quantity and diversity of the food selection were excellent with the added bonus of more indoor sit down tasting than the previous tour, which was appreciated since the day was very hot. Our guide Dianna was very knowledgeable about the history, culture, architecture and past and present residents of the neighborhood. We would do this tour again and look forward to doing the other tours offered by this company. |

Enjoyed this from beginning to end. Bert was our guide and he was the best. I am from California and my daughter lives and works in New York. We both thought it was a great value. Lots of locals on our tour and they even learned a lot. Kudos! |

All four in our party agreed that this food and culture tour was a fantastic opportunity to learn about a wide array of historical and architectural facts pertaining to this area while sampling an excellent variety of delicious ethnic gastronomic delights. The tour guide provided a perfect blend of education, practical tips, and humor based upon her personal experiences and academic background. I have already recommended this tour to friends and will continue to sing its praises in the future. We look forward to taking other tours with this company. |

We really enjoyed our tour, both the food and getting a sense of the history of this part of the Village. Our guide was very knowledgeable, had a great rapport with the chefs, did a good job of accommodating the particular needs of our group, and was engaging and enthusiastic. We ate a ton of great food as well! |
