Foods of New York Tours

It was a truly great experience. The tour-guide was wonderful, full of great info and personable. The food was out of this world. In all our group had a fact fun filled event.

The tour was well worth the money spent. We learned a lot about the mom and pop shops of Greenwich Village and felt very much like a local when the tour ended. I really enjoyed hearing some of the history of Greenwich as we toured the streets. Very Interesting. There is so much to see and do in NYC. With this being my third trip to the city, I wanted to dig a little deaper. Im so glad I did! The tour was great and the food sampling was terrific. I will definately do another tour when I visit next time. Im thinking SOHO!!

Great food, great guide and great historical infos but it turned out to be 50% food oriented and 50% historical guided tour. Not that it was not interesting but it turned out to be not quite what was announced. In the whole 3 hour tour we have tasted 5 tiny samples of different products. Everything that we have tried was outstanding and I would have loved it to be much more extensive.

food samples were tasty and the information from the tour guide was interesting, I would definitely do another tour with them. Although I wish there were more chairs when it was time for a sitting taste.

Interesting tour of Chelsea Market and a quick peek at two "celebrity" restaurants make the tour worthwhile, but the level of energy brought by our (female) guide really made the tour stand out. It falls a bit short as a "food" experience, but overall interesting, lots of fun and a great way to spend a couple of hours.

My friends and I enjoyed the food and all the interesting facts we learned. Barri was great.

This was the 2nd time I did this tour. I brought my sister who had not done it before. Our guide Marie was great and all the tastings were delicious. Loved hearing the history and seeing the neighborhood. It's a fabulous tour. Thank you.

Well worth the money. I went with a few friends who live in NYC and I live in Texas and they were as entertained and amazed by the food as I and the other tourists were. I will recommend to everyone and be going on some of their other area tours next time I'm in town.

The tour guide was perfect. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing. We did not feel rushed and got a very good introduction to a small and quieter section of New York City. We had fun, learned a lot and had plenty to eat. My husband and I would both highly recommend this tour.

My tour guide Kurt was FANTASTIC ! He brought the group together instantly and made the tour entertaining and informative. I would definitely recommend it to friends but am sure the guide was instrumental in the success of the tour. There was a good balance of factual information and fun and i certainly felt like i knew the area well on completion of the tour ! Request Kurt as your guide !

We were excited to finally have the chance to sign up for this tour. We had heard good things from others who had taken similar tours. We could not have been more pleased with our host, Curt. He was knowledgeable, witty, and just a load of fun to be with for 3 hours! I have friends that are going to New York City in June and I cannot WAIT to share my experience with them and encourage them to work this tour into their vacation!

This is my 2nd tour and I have not been disappointed. Guide was very informative and entertaining. I have recommended this tour to others and they intend on looking you up on their next trip to New York. Great job.

My Mother and I had a lovely time during this tour with Howard. He was just wonderful, informative, funny and very considerate. I am not the best of walkers and I was recently out of the hospital, Howard made sure I was comfortable with the pace of the tour. The food was great and I especially enjoyed the little private areas made for our group to sample the wonderful offerings. We visit Chelsea Market at least once a year but this tour brought it to a new level. Well worth the time, the effort and the cost.

Tour guide made the whole experience much more fun!!
