Foods of New York Tours

We both really enjoyed the trip. Not only did we get to taste some great local food but our guide talked a lot about the history of the area and some of the characters who helped shape it. The day of our tour was very cold so some of the tastings had to be done on the pavements outside the shops as they were busy with paying customers. Make sure therefore that you check the weather forecast and dress appropriately.

I was a little concerned that our group was so large (15) but it was so well organized that it worked out well. The stops were all fun and the guide was excellent. I would do this tour again!

this was one of the hilights of our visit to NYC, it was fun , informative and included history and culture of the area and a good variety of types of food that reflected that . The guide was attentive, funny and interesting to listen to. Will definitely include another of these tours on the itinerary of our next visit!!

This was our third food tour (each in a different neighborhood) and we have loved them all! They are great fun, informative, and the food is excellent. Raheem was our tour guide this time and he was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend these tours to anyone visting NY!

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The variety of food tastings and amount of food at each tasting was a perfect size portion. Our guide, Barri was very knowledgeable on the area, the restaurants and the history of the Village. The tour flew by, always a great sign of enjoyment.

The tour, locations and food was great. Kurt was our tour guide and we got off to a bumpy start - i am just not used to his personality. But he was very informative and knew the area and each location very well. It was raining on the day of our tour but it did not dampen our fun.

We did the food/cultural tour and it was amazing. We ate so many different things and were very full at the end of the tour. Even though it was raining we still had a blast. Our tour guide was Curt and he was AWESOME! I would recommend this tour to anyone. Our next time back we're going to do the Chelsea Market/Meatpacking Tour since we enjoyed this one SO much.

Kurt was a fantastic guide, funny and informative. My 15 year old enjoyed it as much as I did. The area is well worth a visit and the food tastings were great.

Took the tour on a beautiful sunny day in April and had the time of our life. This being a gift from my mother for my boyfriend and I's birthday's it was one of the coolest gifts EVER. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She made us feel like we were friends visiting a new place that she just could not get enough of. The food tastings were incredible and the time spent between each tasting, hearing about all the history and architecture of the surrounding neighborhood was delightful. There is absolutely no reason not to try this tour out. (Greenwich Village Food tasting tour). I am very eager to go back and try a couple of their other tours as this one turned out to be such a well put together experience. My boyfriend and I re-visited a lot of the places that we had toured so that we could re-experience more of what they had to offer, and just as the tour guide had explained these establishments have truly "Earned the right" to be featured on these excursions, because they are amazing business. Thank you so much for making our first trip to NY that much better with this very interactive and fun activity.

This tour was the highlight of our trip to New York City! Our guide was fantastic, engaging, knowledgeable and fun. The neighborhood was rich with history and had the most amazing community feel to it. We were warmly greeted by the shopkeepers at each and every place we stopped for a bite to eat. And the food...AMAZING! The tour was perfectly paced and we had the opportunity to connect with some great people who were also visiting NYC. Overall, a great way to spend the afternoon! We would highly recommend to anyone!

Food was amazing... Shops were interesting. Shop keepers spoke to us and told us about their products. Kurt kept the tour fun and interesting with lots of local color. Discount coupons for the shops visited. Really enjoyed our tour... going to another next time!!

I would have liked to have more food and less visits in restaurantes where we did not get anything to eat.
