| Since taking this tour a couple of days ago, I have already recommended it to several people. The food was great, and I really feel as though I know this corner of the city now. Amy was a great tour guide. I will definitely try to fit in another of these tours the next time I am in NYC. | ||||||

| I had taken this tour 10 years ago and it is still fabulous!! A wonderfully detailed way to get to know a neighborhood and so tasty!! The cook at Palma even made us wonderful blueberry muffins, totally unexpectedly. I was with native New Yorkers and they loved getting to know their city in such a focused way. My only 'complaint' is that it would be better to keep the group to around 10 folks, instead of 16. thank you so much, Marie! You did an awesome job. | ||||||

| This was our 4th Taste Tour with your company--and we continue to enjoy each one. Your guides are engaging, enthusiastic, and filled with ideas that will appeal to locals and tourists alike. My daughter & I follow up each tour with return visits to stores, restaurants, music venues, and the streets themselves which have greatly added to our enjoyment of our days in Manhattan. We returned to our "old" favorite neighborhoods (which we learned about on previous tours taken last fall) during our recent spring visit. We ended this trip with Susan & your SoHo tour & look forward to our next visit--to return to some of the wonderful places we visited with her. We highly recommend your tours to our friends, neighbors, and even fellow hotel guests! | ||||||

| This was one of the best tours I have taken in a long time! Not only do you get to taste a variety of foods - (all scrumptious) ,but you get a ton of information on the history , the businesses, and the people who live and work in the Village. The length of the tour was just right - not too short or too long . I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to discover more about New York while having fun tasting your way through the Village. | ||||||

| Our tour guide did a great job of creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We liked the way she engaged members of the group, especially the children. Given her professinal background in the culinary arts, she was able to bring considerable knowledge to a discussion of the foods we tasted and the restaurants in the neighborhood. The architectural features of the historic buildings that she pointed out were well chosen -- enough detail to bring an era to life, but not so much as to be overwhelming. We came away with a feeling of connectedness to the area, so much so, that an article in Tuesday's New York Times about the South Village turned us into preservation advocates. We plan to return to NY for another food tour, and for dinner at one of the neighborhood restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon. L.T. and A.T. | ||||||

| The history was great. Cindy was great. The food was not as interesting/varied as your Greenwich Village tour, and because it was all in the Market itself, several from my group were very familiar with the shops. They would have preferred more outside the area. My non -meat person, said the last stop--where she got penne with tomato sauce was disappointing. perhaps using vegies, or fish instead of oxtail. Also too much cookie/scone/bread. There were no vegies or fruits at all. Starting off with cookies was not great! | ||||||

| The Greenwich Village Food Tasting and Cultural Tour, provided by Food Tours is the perfect tour, especially if you love to eat!!! Our guide, Barri, was very knowledgeable and engaging. The pace was perfect, the food tastings were all exceptional and the history made the area come alive. My only regret was in not having a ZipLoc bag for the extras that were offered. | ||||||
