| I went on the tour with my parents (they're a spritely couple of 75 and 70 years old) and was introduced to yet another exciting facet of New York that makes coming back always a revelation - its food! The pace of the tour was just right - my parents were able to keep up with the walk and we were amply rewarded with a dose of history and a generous spread that included artisanal cookies and pastries, jams and cheeses, seafood, chocolate milk and gelato, pasta, and even a country-style Italian picnic. There was never a dull moment in this three-hour journey of discovery. The enthusiasm and passion that our guide conveyed to all of us who were there that afternoon, was infectious. Thank you, Diana! I guess from now on, I'll think twice about defaulting to "fast food" and I will be a little more deliberate about seeking out the little gems that one is sure to find in NY. I can think of no better way than to hit the ground running with this perfect introduction to the Foods of New York! You will see us again. With love from the Philippines! | ||||||

| I have to admit I was sceptical of a "tour" when my wife suggested it and especially of the "meatpacking district" that I remembered as an area that you didn't even drive thru in the old days and now to do a walking tour was incomprehensible especially when rain was predicted!!! Wow was I wrong. This was the absolute highlight of our trip (except for seeing "Memphis"!!) The guide was full of personality and just plain fun . We got a great history lesson of the area and the "samples" of the food places was incredible in addition to going thru some fabulous restaurants. Toward the end I was hoping that she would not stop at another food place as I was so full of fabulous foods from all over the country. This is a tour for all ages above 21. We will certainly do this type of tour from your company next time we are in town. Thanks so much for the professionalism and great guidance. | ||||||

| I took my son to NYC for his 13th (belated) birthday and also to expose him to a wide variety of ethnic foods for a homework project. We LOVED the tour. I'm a bit of a food snob and also lived in New York many years ago. The food was delicious and some was really unusual and fun. I learned a lot about the history of the area. Our guide was wonderful and genuinely seemed to be enjoying himself. Best, I'd mentioned it was my son's birthday event while on the tour and our guide secretly arranged for a birthday cake at one of the restaurants. How he acted so fast, I will never know. I will take tours with this group any chance I'll get. And the price - what a deal! | ||||||

| Scratch this one off of my Bucket List!!! But, I'll be back, this tour and guide exceeded all of my expectations... being a Foodie, CIA '81, I sooo apprieciated Rammie's (sp) excitment for food and the Rest. history... Even though it rainned a little.. it did not dampen the tour.....guy taking pics of peeps with dogs was different... not rec. in NYC, lol..... I've told everyone about this and can't wait to do another!!!!!!!! | ||||||

| Great way to get to know just a small part of NYC - would have loved more time afterwards to check out all the places we saw or sampled during the tour. Recommend taking the tour early in your stay in NYC so you have time afterwards to go back and check out your favs. Tour guide was fun, funny, and very knowledgable. Would recommend this to anyone who loves to experience the true culture of a city through its food & local experience. | ||||||

| This was a great tour to be on. Our guide did an impressive job of learning all 12 of our names first off and included us all in the tour as much as possible by interacting with us by name. It was not just a memorized tour. This gave the tour very personal feel. It was great to include the food of the area with the cultural history of the area. It made for a very well rounded informative tour! Definitly worth the price. | ||||||

| A wonderful 3 hour culinary tour of a small area of Greenwich Village in the Bleeker Street, Cornelia Street area. Not only did we consume a lot of wonderful, tasty food, but learned a lot about the area. It was fun to experience the "neighborhood" atmosphere of just a small part of NYC. Our guide, Curt, was wonderful, funny, and entertaining. Our food was plentiful and delicious and we learned of many places I would love to go back to on future visits to New York! | ||||||
