We were given this food tour (Central Greenwich and SOHO) as an anniversary gift and weren't sure what we would find. Low and behold we found Rahim. He was knowledgeable, entertaining and had an immense love of food that permeated every word. We loved it so much that we went back later in the evening to a number of stops on the tour, only to be greeted by wonderful proprietors. We will recommend the tour again to others! Bravo. |

Our tour guide Barri was excellent. Tour was fun and informative. Saw things and learned things about Greenwich, and New York, that I could have never learned from the typical guide books. The group was a good size and we met some really nice people. The walking was great and allowed for a lot of sightseeing but was not physically taxing. The food was INCREDIBLE. It was well spaced out so you did not get too full. The variety of food was good and there was something for everyone. My husband hates mushrooms but he ate the mushroom risotto and loved it!! The macaroni & cheese from Home Restaurant was so unbelievably good we went back for dinner!! I had never had a canoli before and now I have had the best canoli anywhere. I can not recommend this tour enough. You will learn about food, architucture, the history of New York and so much more. The food is beyond description. I can't say enough good things about it--just sign up and GO!! |

Really terrific tour that was better than I imagined. Our tour guide (Diana) was fun and filled with knowledge; the group was friendly and polite; and the places we stopped at were definitely off the tourist map. We all were having such a good time that the tour lasted 3.5 hours! I'd recommend this tour to anyone and have posted photos of it on my FaceBook page. |

My wife and I joined the group of c.16 on a Thursday morning. The tour guide (Carrie Anne) was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and likeable. We enjoyed 8 tastings in a good variety of establishments spread around the three or four blocks in the neighbourhood, and had no need of lunch at the end of it! We both felt the tour had provided us with a real taste of the area, not just in food but also in the history and make up of the locality. This was excellent value for the money spent, and well worth recommending to others. |

I've never been on a food tour before, so I didn't know what to expect. This was a blast! It's way more that a food tasting experience: you learn about the area, the architecture, the local chefs, and the food. It's a good time and well worth it. |

Daryl our guide was informative and entertaining. The group of 7 ladies from England had a wonderful time. I would say, do not eat before you go. Also we were running late...how rude. But the tour office met us and walked us back to the main group. Its so comforting to know our custom was important. Daryl was not just a beautiful Texan face, but know lots of interesting facts about the area. Some of which would not be found in the glossy guide books! Highly recommended. |
