| The Greenwich Village tour was outstanding! I was looking for a more off the beaten path type of tour and this was it. I will be talking about how much I enjoyed this tour for a very long time. Our tour guide (Cindy) was the BEST!! She was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She really maximized the 3 hours we spent with her filling our brains with all kinds of great information that I would have otherwise probably never have learned. Most importantly the food was incredible! Every shop we visited was different and had it's own charm. I can't wait to take another one of your tours! Melanie Jacob Miami, FL | ||||||

| The tour guide was so knowledgeable the information received was great. The food was great and the establishments shown were great. We actually ate at one of the restuarants mentioned on the tour and were very pleased. I have relatives planning visits to New York and plan to make sure they take your tour. | This food tour was well worth the time. It was much more than simply a tour tasting food - our tour guide, Michael, had a lot of great information about the history of the restaurants and shops we visited, the owners, and about the neighborhood itself. There are so many interesting stories in Greenwich Village. This tour was a great way to learn the background of a truly historic and unique neighborhood. There was a wonderful variety of foods, of course, and all of it delicious. Very glad to have taken this tour. | ||||||

| The tour was great! We enjoyed it so much, we returned the next day to eat lunch, snack on cheese and sample desserts from what we had learned on the tour. Cindy (our guide) was so much fun..and in addition to knowing the best places to eat, she is very knowledgeable about NYC. We agreed this was the best part of our trip to NYC. | ||||||

| We absolutely loved our Greenwich Village tour! It was a terrific combo of food-tasting and learning about the history and story of the area, all well-paced (lots of samples at the beginning and end, with "digestion time" in the middle where you're walking around learning about the residential areas, etc.). Our tour guide, Cindy, was absolutely fabulous and kept us all smiling the whole time. She felt like an old friend who was taking us through the streets and introducing us to all her favorite places (and many friends, postmen, shop keepers, etc. along the way!). It felt very quaint and intimate. Later in our trip we returned to several of the places we had either tried or had pointed out to us -- had drinks at Blue Mill Tavern, ate dinner at Chumleys (great knowing where the "hidden" entrance is and going through the velvet curtain like locals!), bought pastries to take home from the pastry shops, and even went back to get "donar kababs" one day, ordering like locals and taking them to Washington Square Park to watch the street performers. All in all, this was a GREAT introduction to the area, and now we have a long list of places we can go back and try on future trips. We're ready to sign up for the Chelsea Market tour on our next visit! (And HUGE kudos to Cindy! She's the best!) | ||||||

| The 9 other women and myself had a wonderful time. Our tour guide Kurt, was extremely knowledgeable and very accommadating. We learned alot, our palette was pleased and laughter rang throughtout the 3 hours! We would definitely do it again. I think the beautiful weather helped as well, (sunny and in the high 60's, not bad for Nov.) | ||||||

| Finally, the mystery of Greenwich Village's odd street pattern was explained on this informative tour. We particularly enjoyed Chumley's Tavern and the history behind it. The food sampled as we walked around was wonderfully fresh and typical of New York's traditional ethnic groups. Guide was well informed. | ||||||

| We weren't too sure what we were in for but we were pleasently surprised! The food was fantastic, the tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the community, and to top it off it was a beautiful sunny October day! I look foward to one day attending the Chelsea Market tour as well. | ||||||

| Our tour leader was well informed and fun. She led us around Greenwich Village telling us the history, the architecture, the food, the famous folk who lived there. We ate well and learned lots. It was so much fun I want to bring other friends to do it again, and to try the restaurants there. Three hours was a long walk, I was tired afterwards. | ||||||

| Being teachers we do not have much opportunity to spend time talking to co workers as we have to be in our classrooms, so we began organizing activities where we could enjoy each others company in a more relaxed and less hurried environment. This food tour really fit the bill. We were a group of 13 ranging in age from 28 to 60plus and all had a good time. The food was delicious and our guide was very knowledgable about Greenwich Village. We walked off the beaten tourist path and discovered many gems. We all want to return to Palma's and also return with our husbands to Chumley's. We would recommend this to any people who visit the city but want to get to know it like a local. Well Done! | ||||||
