| My husband and I just loved the tour. It was the highlight of our trip. In fact we ended up back in Greenwich village twice more on our holiday. We will recommend it to any of our friends visiting NYC. The tour guide was exceptional! | ||||||

| The food was good and the information was good but there was too much just standing around. The gyros were good except it was hard to hold on to everything we had and try to put them together. The tour guide was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. | ||||||

| Very good tour and excellent guide on where to go if you would like to eat somethin nice. This could be hard to find if you don't know the city and this guide was a very good shortcut to avoid goingt to restaurants low quality. Good handout material as well. Also interesting to hear about the history about the restaurants and buildings in the area. The only criticism I have was that the guide could work a bit on her speaking technique. Sometimes she spoke turned away from the group towards for example a building making it hard to hear what she said. Otherwise the guide was very good and fun to listen to. | ||||||

| I say take this tour first so you have time to plan the rest of your week going back to all your favorite spots later in the week. Besides enjoying delicious food and sampling some new things (like falafel and canoli), I thoroughly enjoyed the tour guide's (Cindy) historical and architectural narratives/stories. I also enjoyed learning more about the family business atmosphere that prevails in this area. Between history and the personal touch of family stories, It all became so much more interesting seeing and hearing it first-hand. We even visited an old speak-easy and got to hear some pretty fascinating stories there too. Also the timing of eating, walking and listening, then back to eating was well planned out. Besides wanting to take the other tours now, I would even do this one again because I think I could absorb more of the historical detail...not to mention all those delicious little samples along the way! In the meantime the printed summary of restaurants that we visited will be very helpful--especially for those of us who no longer have such a keen memory. I really appreciated getting the written summary. I'd recommend this tour to everyone! | ||||||

| Michael, our guide, seemed to know most of the people in Greenwich Village. As we enjoyed our delicious and informative tour, people would wave and smile to him so we knew that he was a recognized and loved member of the neighborhood. I think this added to intimacy of the tour. It was as if we were visiting a friend's house and stopping in the kitchen(s) for tasty little morsels of food. I'm looking forward to visiting many of the restaurants, shops and bakeries that we visited. Thanks for a great tour! | ||||||

| Had a great time on this tour. Michael, our guide was very friendly and informative and took us round some fascinating places we would never have found by ourselves. He seems to be a real local character with a personal perspective on the area and its history. A bit of advise though - don't follow this up with a visit to the Empire State Building like we did. After being on my feet for 3 hours the last thing I wanted was to stand in a long queue (that's a long line if you are from the US). On the other hand, after all that exercise I didn't feel too guilty about the gorgeous cakes! | ||||||

| The tour was fascinating and we saw many interesting things that we would have missed if we were on our own. The food stops were spaced well and we certainly didn't need to buy lunch...we were full. Later, we had dinner in one of the places pointed out to us and it was excellent. The tour was a highllight of our trip. | ||||||

| I really enjoyed this tour, and am so glad I tried it. Our guide Kurt was knowledgeable, interesting and funny. Since he has worked in the restaurants in the area, he had many great stories to tell of his personal experiences. I now have several restaurants I would like to try, and I never would have found them on my own. I made the mistake of eating breakfast beforehand--- DEFINITELY make sure you show up hungry; you won't be disappointed. The most amazing cannoli I have ever tasted! | ||||||

| This is the first food tour my husband and I had ever been on and Todd made it fun and educational. He was very well informed and seems to enjoy giving the tour as much as we enjoyed taking it. With lots of history, humor and good eats we spent the best day of all of our trips to New York City. We hope to take your other food tour on next year’s family trip, and after hearing us talk about it most of the rest of our group wants to come with us. When we got home, I looked online for other food tours in different cities but yours was the only one I could find. If you start doing other tours anywhere please let us know. | This tour and the wonderful guide Todd was one of our favorite events while spending 5 days in NYC. We had a small group of 7 at noon on Sunday which added to our enjoyment. The food tasting was great. We feel like we have been part an event and an area that will become a big tourist attraction in the next years as the words gets out and as the Meat Packing area grows with shops and restaurants. I would recommend it to anyone. | ||||||
