| My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed the Greenwich Village Food Tour. My children, ages 11, 13, 15 and 19, loved this tour as did my husband and I. Our guide was quite funny and full of insider information on the area and the restaurants we visited as well as the ones we did not. My kids hung on his every word and he answered all of their questions about the rich and famous who live in and around the area. The food was excellent and ample...we needed no lunch after the tour. The tour lasted 3 hours and my kids couldn't believe it was over so soon. Now that is a testimony! | ||||||

| This was an excellent way to visit a great area of New York City. The guide knew the area and was well informed about the history, architecture, and businesses. Handouts were provided that will be helpful for future trips to the area. We were also given samples from the various restaurants and businesses. I would highly recommend this tour to all of my friends visiting New York. | ||||||

| We went on both the Greenwich Village and the Chelsea Markets food tours a couple of days apart, and thoroughly enjoyed both. The guides were informed and entertaining, the food was just right, and the groups were friendly. The tours made a nice break from the usual round of tourist activities. A big bonus was the information on local restaurants -- we revisited two or three in the week after the tours. We would thoroughly recommend either of these tours to anyone with any interest in food! | ||||||

| Our guide, Barri, was well versed on foods and restaurants; she also shared stories about the Greenwich community and local architecture. I really enjoyed it and felt the food samples were adequate and nicely chosen to highlight a variety of restaurants/bakeries in the area. I certainly now know where to eat! | ||||||

| My mother was visiting from Minnesota and wanted a unique NYC experience. She absolutely loved the food tour. By the end of it, she had a list of restaurants she wants to try on her next trip. Our tour guide was knowledgeable; we appreciated the fact that he had lived in the neighborhood for years and knew not only the textbook history but the living history of the area. I live in Brooklyn and hang out in the Village and was amazed at all the things I did not know. I've already recommended the tour to friends and co-workers! By the way, I had some skeptism that I wouldn't need lunch after the tour, but I was delightfully surprised at the quality and quantity of the food samples. Thanks for a great tour. | ||||||

| We really enjoyed the combination of great food indicative of greenwich Village, loved the atmosphere, and enjoyed the local color provided by a very knowledgeable guide. We loved being able to go into restaurants even though we weren't eating there to sample the ambience and loved discovering little courtyards you wouldn't even know existed! The group size was just right. We were blessed with great weather (actually it was a bit too hot) and we loved visiting the neighborhoods of the vilage (no visit to the East Village though. We would have like to get a glimpse of Washington Park & NYU as they are so much a part of the village too - is there no good eatery round there as an axcuse - we have three hours so more walking wouldn't really be a problem. | ||||||

| I have been to New York on many occassions and this is the first visit I made to Chelsea Market. What a gem.!!!! I will definitely be back as I am only a couple hours away. This was actually my first time driving into the city instead of taking the train and it was very easy to get to, plus affordable parking was an extra perk. Our guide, Wendy, was a real treasure. Knowledgeable, personable, in charge. We will definitely return for other tours. Time frame was just enough. Anything involving food is always great. My only potential negative comment is that I would have preferred a smaller group, 8 to 10 would be perfect. Other than that everyone in my group raved about the experience. Keep up the great work. Would love to see other tours added. We are already planning for the Greenwich Village tour. Thanks Again. | ||||||

| Thoroughly enjoyed the tour! Our tour guide, Eric, was very enthusiastic and informative! The food samples were great. I would recommend to anyone considering taking this tour, to take the tour in the early part of your vacation. Reason being, so you may return to enjoy some fabulous food and drinks at the many restaurants introduced on your tour. | ||||||

| We really enjoyed the tour, Eric was great, too bad he was only there for the daytime. We did go back that night and we ate at some of the places again. It was nice to have someone to tell you about the area instead of just wondering around not knowing where you are and what is good. I have told my friends who are visting New Yourk soon to be sure and sign up for the tour. | ||||||

| This was one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide was informative and funny and showed us all around with enthusiasm. The best part is that we could pick out some of the restaurants we wanted to visit later based on locals' favorites. The food was fantastic, too. | ||||||

| This was my second tour with the same company. I enjoyed it the first time so much that I decided to take my husband and another couple on the tour. The guide we had was even better than the first one. I think his name was Kirk (?) and he provided so much information, pictures and fun! We all found the history of the market so interesting and, of course, enjoyed the tastings provided. We went back and purchased some items from the various stores and had a snack at one of the restaurants he took us into. To sum up - a wonderful experience. I now plan on taking the same group to the Greenwich Village Tour. | ||||||
